A very frustrating and disappointing experience.
I placed an order on November 25th 2025 after being promised delivery within 48 hours, as clearly stated on their website. I received the order confirmation the same day.
However, as of today (end of January 2026), I have not received any goods at all.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through every available channel:
– their internal messaging system
– emails
– social media
All my requests for information or a solution have been completely ignored.
To make matters worse, there is no real customer support phone number, only an internal message system on their website, which appears to be ineffective.
Based on my experience, this company shows no transparency, no customer care, and no respect for paying customers. I strongly advise others to avoid Trusted London.
