Terrible service!!! We basically paid £2100 for our dog to be put on an aeroplane. The paperwork was not correct when we arrived at Heathrow Airport & subsequently caused a major delay in collecting our dog. We had to pay another £229 because an out of hours Vet had to be called!!! When Trustforwarding were contacted we were told we were responsible for the paperwork even though Heathrow had contacted them to let them know the paperwork was not correct. We have an email from Trustforwarding to say we had the OK from Heathrow!!! We were given the wrong information all along from this Company & forced into using them as they are part of SAS. No offer of paying the excess that we had to pay as it wasn’t their problem. Typical response from a Norwegian Company!!!

Hard to get in touch with, gives wrong answers, then they don't answer anymore

First-time shipment of box to our daughter in Copenhagen. Prepaid with Air Canada Cargo and advised that there would be no additional charges. And we were surprised when told by Trust Forwarding that we had to pay for customs clearance plus terminal charges with Worldwide Flight Service? But it turned out to be true that these charges were due to get the box released and we could not do our own customs clearance like in Canada. Had we known this we would not have shipped our box. We are so thankful for Therese Nielsen at TF who patiently explained the situation and provided expert guidance. She showed us that she truly cared and went out of her way to help us get this small box to our daughter. Note to others if shipping personal boxes to Copenhagen there will be extra charges and it's not cheap so get expert guidance before you ship on additional shipping costs due in Denmark.

I recently moved to Zimbabwe from Copenhagen and with the help of Trust I was able to bring my dog home with me. At 46kg he was not an easy animal to move.
Quite simply, without the experience and professionalism of Jesper, and the rest of the team, I would have never been able to manage the move.
"Cool, Calm and Collected" is how I would describe the team... Even when we had a few "hiccups" with paperwork (at no fault of theirs), I never once felt nervous or worried. Jesper always had it under control. On top of this he was always happy to answer my 1001 questions and his correspondence was always prompt and informative.
I can not recommend Trust enough.
Thank you Trust for getting my fur baby home with me!
