We were being overcharged for our cleaning products by this company and when we tried to change suppliers they claim we had a rolling contract with them. They tired to charge us a £12k cancellation fee to get out of this contact. Be very careful what contact you sign with these people

We had a driver deliver to us on his way home!, as a Nursing Home we needed an order urgently. The driver for trust saved the day.

I am extremely angered by the way this company treats staff, my partner gives everything and works 70hrs a week on salary with no extra pay which comes out at less than minimum wage. She cancels holidays to support the company because the turnover of staff is huge, it’s about time someone recognised people there as they are ruining family lives

Amidst Covid 19, i`ve encountered head ache after head ache with this company, i`ve emailed regarding collection of goods, that i had cancelled last October, and they were still trying to invoice me. only till i brought it their attention i had cancelled last year, then arranging engineer to collect goods. been nightmare, we were pub restaurant that had used their services for 4 - 5 years before we were told to close by government. Very little loyalty. They try to scrounge all funds as much as possible no care for the business that is about to close for good. Constant hounding for outstanding invoices. not worth the head ache over priced also. better to buy equipment yourself and change batteries once in while , save yourselves tons of money

My experience with this company is extremely bad and therefore I wouldn't recommend them personally. They do not seem professional in their approach to matters
