Good products, non existent customer support
I bought a couple of their products through amazon (italian) and I received a plug that won't fit in my outlet (I don't blame them for this). I found a way around and liked the product. So I decided to buy the correct plug for my country (standard schuko plug) and this time I bought it from the actual site. However I never received it, and I'm still trying to comunicate with them, to check if they have actually sent the item or not. I'm also trying to login to the site with no luck for some reason, reseting my password doesn't work so I informed them about this problem as well. If I could login properly, I guess I would be able to check my recent orders. No luck. They will answer something like every Friday and just once and my login question was totaly ignored. Last email I received, they asked for my order number (which I don't have for some reason, I might have deleted it, or the payment didn't go through and I though it did) anyway I would like to know what's happening. At this point I'm just giving up. It's a shame cause the products look very good, but I'm having a bad experience so far.

So I was finally informed that my payment hadn't gone through the first time. I made the purchase again and received it within 3 days.
