If you need a quick loan do not go here

I applied for a loan on the 27th of December and I am still waiting for confirmation from the underwriters, I have seen similar reviews and if tomorrow I have not received 1 confirmation 2 a email or phone call with an update I will be cancelling this and will go else where ,I am constantly on hold they never call back and they keep saying it's with the underwriters, feel really annoyed as I was needing this for debt consolidation and now I have missed payments due to Trust two's lack of professionalism and efficiency.

So so

Applied for a loan all provisionally acepted until they spoke to my grantor n she wasn't so had to find a new one and admitidly this was over the xmas period but they took a very long time to process it all. Communication is very bad, they didnt even call me to tell me they could process the works checks so that wasted more time! Amd they never answer the phone! But did get there on the end. Wohld recommend if your not in a rush!

No communication externally or internally.

Every time I ring I get told the same thing “it wasn’t sent to the underwriters, we can only apologize and send it now” or “the system didn’t show that everything was uploaded, I have now rectified this and will send to the underwriters”. No-one has a clue where the applications at nobody calls back no emails back and 30 min hold times. Absolutely ridiculous, I had everything complete a week ago with confirmation all was complete multiple times. Won't be progressing with the loan with this company.
