It seams that only online negative reviews are checked if rated company asks for feedback. If you give feedback ,your personal information is shared with the company you reviewed (legal?) Positive reviews stay online untouched without trust check, so overall ratings are higher and are not really accurate/thrustworthy.
I have just had an email from TrustPilot saying that they have removed my genuine review.
You have gone down in my estimation and you are removing the wrong people from here, try removing reviews based on lies from others on here and NOT THE GENUINE people... so this is about you lot that do not have a clue and that you use a robot to pick up on things, I have just been VERIFIYED on Trust Pilot!!!!!
