Sneaky add on's and took payment without me hitting the complete transaction button
I saw the Facebook advertisement and was going to purchase however after converting from USD to AUD I chose not to go ahead! Then my bank account had a deduction of $99! I contacted the company right away and they responded quickly and they offered me a refund or to try the product. I requested the refund. I then get a reply saying its too late and I will have to send back. They also acknowledged that there was extras added due to the "pop up ads" and that quite a few customers miss that and that was the reason the amount was even higher. Very very sneaky.... am waiting on a reply from my last email demanding a full refund and shipping lable for return postage.

I have been using Halo Grow for 8 weeks…nothing! And a decline for refund after website offered 60 day money back guarantee.
I have been using Halo Grow for 8 weeks now and unfortunately the results are not as expected. Having contacted Customer Services to discuss this further, they have resolved this amicably.

Ordering is a con
Ordering is a con. No basket to add items goes straight through to PayPal and not able to view what you have bought before confirming PayPal payment. Contacted Halogrow and 2 days of emails back and forth as I wanted to cancel the order which I did immediately. Gave Mia the owner enough time to have the order shipped to avoid refund and every excuse under the sun to try and keep the order even bribing with other so called discounted products. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Disgusting customer service and an absolute con. I ordered from the Australian official website presuming the products were in Australian $$ only to fet ripped off once it went through PayPal and it was US currency and not able to confirm what i ordered or was paying for through PayPal. Just a confirm order on the website. One big scam.

I haven't tried it but I don't like the set up for ordering. I wanted to try it ended up with 7 seven bottles. They actually said they would take care of it. TEn minutes I notice order was wrong text them right and the big glow boss said she would take care. She took care of it and took my money for 7 bottles. They even gave me a file 6105753

Great shopping/ordering experience so far!

Too many pop ups when checking out
Too many pop ups when checking out, and without you even realising they've added on other items into your basket, and there is no way you can pick it up as it doesn't show what you're being charged for until the payment has gone through.
Customer service is terrible. I emailed them straight away about this, and they completely ignored me.
