I find that the product is quite good
I find that the product is quite good, it stopped my hair shedding almost immediately. This is why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. However, I have a problem with the unethical methods this company employs in trying to avoid responding to issues raised and in fraudulently extorting extra money for items never ordered. Afterwards they sent me several emails with amazing 80% + price reductions and free shipping but I will NEVER again deal with this company! There are other outlets I may use in future but NEVER again HaloGrow themselves!

Some hair growth in less than two months of use,

My issue is not with the product it is with the ordering process. I had originally bought one bottle to try. Logged in to order 1 more bottle and when going through the complete order process their system wanted to add scalp massagers, I couldn't deselect them so I stopped the order to check with them how to get it off my order. I emailled them, got a automated reply and a ticket no. to receive a follow up. In the meantime they processed an order for 4 bloody bottles. 2 days later Mia replied saying bad luck too late your order is on its way. I contacted Paypal who informed me that I was set up for auto payment with them which I NEVER do but and have now blocked them. Will never buy again.

I am happy to report that Halo Grow have issued me with a refund after some correspondence with them.

I returned both orders to HaloGrow with…
I returned both orders to HaloGrow with their returns acceptance and sent it by recorded delivery only for Halo Grow to reject the return and subsequently sent it back to me. I provided all the information they needed but they had technical issues with their “portal” and have made a false statement that I did not provide the returns information. I will be launching a fraud case with my bank and have all the correspondence to prove this company lies!

Your sight seemed very professional and independent reviews were good. Communications were swift and pleasant and when there was a pause in the ordering process due to difficulties on my side you quickly offered me an increased discount. Absolutely shocking treatment as my…
Absolutely shocking treatment as my money was taken from my account all transactions have been sent over and over again showing funds removed from my account. Apparently the team has not been able to find my order nor trace anything yet money has been taken out and have shown all evidence of this .
I have made contact and Customer service (Mia) continues to send email after email requesting the same thing when I give them everything asked continuously then each email promises to be the last by halo but 10 emails without any solution or product being sent.
What a joke $150 + wasted and hours of my time.
Seriously don’t risk your money or time ordering from this shonky time wasting service & company!
Zen desk is pathetic service
12 emails back and forth with still no resolution.. keep away they are stealing our money!
Up to 13 emails back after I answered the question saying the same thing they are not legit!
Final update just spoke to my bank & this so called company has tried 6 more attempts to get more money out from my account!!!
Fraud investigation is now underway!
