The communication with the sales department. Shipping could use some improvement.

THEY ARE REAL your product is coming from over seas thats why It takes soo long. Yes this product works I will warn you now please do not drink or dehydrated your body during the first 3 days of using this you will feel it and learn why soda is bad for you.

Do not order from this company as complete scam
Placed order took money , then not sent out no communication and when tried to email it does go through
And shop who it come through do nothing to help so I don’t exactly know what good they are apart from taking some money for doing nothing I’m sure
Deleting them too

This is a total scam company orders are fullfilled by shop.app but the subscription they signed me up for does not show up on shop.app subscriptions, if you go to their site it redirects you to Google and you cant get back you actually have to type their URL in again and the same thing happens, you cant login to tryharitaki.com it immediately sends you somewhere else. Im going to have to cancel my debit card because of these thieving crooks.

Delivery was supposed to be 3-6 business days, shipping from warehouse in Ohio. 13 days later, no delivery. Was told there was an issue with international shipping. Ohio to Colorado is not international. Phone # listed is not valid. Web site reloads to google search, when I try to track my order. SCAM!!!

Customer service was over the top! Very prompt and professional. Means so much and in them prioritizing my request they have definitely created a customer for life!!! I can’t wait to receive their product to come back and leave more great comments praising their professionalism thank u again to the tryharitaki staff👏

This is fake. I have an email saying they canceled the subscription after the first order, #3 showed up in my mailbox and they keep charging my account! Don't do it it's fake it doesn't work and you can't cancel!!
