This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They say they put it in their terms that they won't refund your money when you sign up but when trying to cancel just one day after signing up they refuse to refund money for not doing anything. Legal rights prove that a company has three business days to cancel anything.
There was a chance I would come back to them and continue to work with them but now there is no chance at all. Do not sign on to this company for any reason.

Avoid TryNinja.ai.

The platform didn’t work properly, support was nothing but copy-and-paste responses, and nobody actually fixed the issue. When I requested cancellation/refund for a service I couldn’t even properly use, they just hid behind scripted replies and policy language instead of helping.

Everything has been documented. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with my business or billing information.
