I had to return my device as the colors were not working correctly. After returning it, I sent a few emails and called and left voicemail. I have not heard anything. I have not gotten my money back. I... See more

I ordered a device to lift skin
I ordered a device to lift skin. It did not work. I tried to return the device after 30 days (site says you have a 60-day risk free guarantee in which to return it. No restocking fees.)
However, when I asked to return it they were going to charge a 20% restocking fee and make me pay shipping (the thing came from China). Basically I will get only a small percentage of the purchase price back. (they won't tell me how much exactly)
Because the company failed to observe its own clearly stated policies I would avoid them at all costs. I would also say the product is useless but if you wanted to buy it, go buy it directly from China (there are websites for this) and pay 70% less.
Save Your Money - It's Yours
I placed my order at TryNutriSkin on 11/2/22. After not using the products, I requested to return the items on 12/19/22. Their website allows for a 60 day return request from the date of purchase minus the return shipping cost. I received an email inquiring why I wanted to return the items, to which I replied that I didn’t have time to use them. I received another follow-up email where I was offered to keep the items and receive 50% of the purchase price, $332.97, or return the items minus the original cost of shipping and a restocking fee. Confused, I inquired what those would be because the items ship from China. Their reply was a 5 to 20% restocking fee plus the return shipping cost. Still a bit confused, so on 12/23/22 I pointed out that I thought they had everything on file. I received no reply. On 12/28 I sent an email to move forward with my return. I did not receive a response. I sent additional emails on 1/1/23 and 1/5/23, but still no reply. I also tried to look for a phone number for them. I managed to find the name of the company where they rent office space. I called that number and the recording said to leave a text message. I did, but no reply from that company either. I'm hoping my review will help other online consumers avoid doing business with this company and take their money elsewhere!
