I ordered my product on November 2, a pile of magazines for my husband for his stocking at Christmas. I figured that two months will be plenty of time for a package to come from the United Kingdom as I receive merchandise from China in less time. After receiving no package within a month, I sent a message to their contact email. They did not responded so I escalated the issue through PayPal which surprise surprise, they actually responded to. They sent me a message saying that my package has shipped on November 29 ( more than three weeks after the order was placed) and would arrive shortly. Note there was still no tracking number for me to confirm the existence of this package or tell it's estimated arrival. I am now sitting here on December 23 with no package, and no hope that will ever arrive. It was $45 USD that I will never see again unless PayPal give me my money back.

Ordered a t-shirt last week .. Took payment and still not received. Emailed 3 times and no response. Do not order from here.

Don't buy from this company. Paid $60 for 2 tshirts 66 days ago. Still haven't received them

After several weeks my order was finally delivered. I'm only giving 2 stars because their customer service would not respond to any of my inquiries.

Over 3 weeks since order and no t-shirts, used contact us box 8 days ago promising a response in 24 hours, but not a thing, I'll give it the full month before attempting to claim money back

*Update* A week after writing this the T-shirts arrived, Coincidence? I still don't recommend these people (person?) to anyone (although I have to say the T-shirts do look good, they're probably not worth the worry)
