TSL recently carried out work on installing a walk in shower and tiling our toilet. The work was carried to an exceptionally high standard. The TSL team were extremely professional, punctual, polite and kept us informed of every aspect of the progress on the works. Indeed, all the staff were very personable and a delight to have in our house. If you are looking for a company to carry out improvements to your home look no further than TSL. I would have no hesitation in recommending TSL.

A slight mishap causing a brick to break. They returned and did a first class repair, replacing the broken brick and completed an excellent job. Many thanks for your work.

Excellent service from first contact to completion and commissioning of new gas boiler installation. Office staff were friendly and very helpful. Engineer involve in the work was pleasant, tidy and very thorough in every part of the job, from removal of old boiler to commissioning of new one. We could not have asked for anyone better.

The only company we will use and the only one we would recommend. They are friendly and helpful from reception to the Plumbers. They protect flooring before they do work and take their boots off, treating your home like their own. Competitive prices and 100% job satisfaction. Money money money.. and the easy jobs that’s what this company is all about. We had an ongoing issue with high temp resets mainly when using the hot water and the expansion vessel needed changing (I supplied). TSL made my wife pay £364 before the engineer had left the house for 3hours labour/diagnostics and left the job with a new leak. Just received a quote for works to be carried out with a follow up call. Granted this is an old boiler but it’s just a basic system. The work amounts to changing a 3 way diverter valve and two new oil supply hoses at an additional £595. The reason I’ve given 2 stars is that they did kindly come back to fix the leak.

TSL heating and plumbing are a very good, professional company who recently carried out work on a faulty bath. Helen in the office was very helpful and Mike fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. A written quote was provided quickly and the job was reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend them and will be using them in future. Really nice to deal with a company who has old fashioned values.

I have used Tsl plumbing, Cwmbran, several times now for servicing and repairs. Each time a different Engineer comes out and each time the service is fantastic. Their honesty is 2nd to none. When having a service, I pointed out a leak that I had noticed which turned out to be a loose tap. They could’ve easily charged me for a false repair but didn’t. He showed me what it was, and Tightened it up, said job done and carried on with the service. 100% trustworthy and reliable. Many thanks

I’ve recently had a new boiler and shower with this company. I’d been let down a couple of times earlier this year and said to a friend ‘ I wish John Lewis did plumbing, I wouldn’t have to worry then..’ and here it is! TSL have been brilliant throughout. Mike was fantastic and is solutions rather than problem focused, working thoroughly and respectfully. Calls and E-mails answered promptly, seamless organisation of additional staff E.g electrician so that work wasn’t delayed. Invoices and guarantees sent promptly. I’m delighted with the work and this company as a whole and would highly recommend.

From initial assessment of what was needed to change from Oil fired heating to LPG heating, right through to the work stages all of which was carried out to an excellent standard. From start to finish (Darren at assessment and Jake & Josh who carried out the work) the staff were courteous and informative throughout.

Exceptional. New boiler (oil) fitted over 2 days. Not an easy job with 3 foot stone walls but meticulous workmanship and care.

TSL supplied and fitted a replacement combi boiler at a competitive price and are a professional and efficient company to deal with. Graeme and Danny arrived promptly on the day to fit the boiler and were friendly, knowledgeable and patient as they had to put up with me working from home and forgetting to make regular cups of coffee!
Customer service was excellent from start to finish from all of the staff that I dealt with and I would highly recommend TSL

The lads arrived at the property that my son lives in nice and early. I explained I was ill and would be going home out of their way. They completed the boiler exchange without any problems and called me when they were nearly finished. They were so polite and lively. The job completed was so neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation reccommending this company and will not hesitate using them again.
