I had an extremely disappointing experience with TUBBZ, and I would not recommend ordering from them.
Their website clearly states delivery within 3–6 business days, but my order wasn’t even shipped until 4 days after I placed it. That alone already pushed the timeline beyond what they advertise. Once it finally shipped, there was zero effort from the company to address the delay or provide any real support.
When I contacted customer service, I was basically brushed off. I was told there was “nothing they could do” and to just keep tracking the package. No accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no option for a refund—even though they failed to meet their own stated delivery expectations.
What made this even worse was their complete lack of professionalism afterward. When I tried reaching out through social media after they stopped responding to my emails, they blocked me on Instagram and TikTok instead of addressing the issue. Blocking a paying customer for asking about their order is unacceptable.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Misleading shipping timelines, unhelpful support, and outright ignoring customers is not how a legitimate business should operate. Proceed with caution if you’re considering ordering from them.
