We enjoy the cruises as the staff are all amazing ,bar staff,cabin stewards,entertainment,choice of places to eat and so much more
I’ve been on Marella cruises before this one has to be the worst one the staff great the food after the first two days great first two days terrible and that is not just me saying that a lot of people complained, the entertainment apart from one night was terrible then we had to stay in a hotel bed and breakfast for family’s , Dose not make sense if you book an all inclusive adult only cruse and stay surely the hotel should be the same, So we did not enjoy some things we would not book a Marella cruse again,
We love our Marella Cruises. They offer brilliant value for money and the staff are exceptional going about their duties always making you feel welcome and special.
It was perfect the perfect holiday, all the staff were first class
Marella Exploree is not the ship it used to be there is a lot of good staff but also a lot of lazy staff now especially in the bars if they got off there personal mobile phones that may help. We even seen it 2 mornings at breakfast with the waiters
What an incredible holiday from start to finish! This was our first cruise with Marella, and it exceeded every expectation. The ship was spotless everywhere we went – you could see how hard the crew worked to keep everything clean and well maintained. The staff were truly exceptional. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel so valued throughout our trip. The staff at the live bar are AMAZING!!! The atmosphere on board was fantastic, the food was excellent, and everything was so well organised. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, entertainment, and exploring amazing destinations. We made memories that will last a lifetime and are already looking at booking our next Marella cruise. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special—we genuinely can’t wait to sail with Marella again! Highly recommended to anyone considering a cruise. You won’t be disappointed!
Great time and lovely staff
Great cruise, especially families and across the generations as there is something for everyone and safe independent access to facilities regardless of mobility and ability. I went with my teenage son, and two other mothers with their young adults. The kids could go off to the Hide and hangout with other young people, get food at the many restaurants and snack bar without depending on their parents or thinking about costs as it is all inclusive. This gave us parents real down-time and opportunity to socialise and relax while switching off the protective mummy mode. Often my teenager came back to our beautiful cleaned balcony cabin at 1am in the morning and I was fine with it because security on the ship is excellent. Anyone under 18 needs an adult to go off and on the ship so I could rest assured he couldn't go AWOL without me being able to locate him. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and gave excellent service. I mean excellent- a big THANK YOU to all - front of house and behind the scenes, including spa staff - the thermal spa 7 day pass was amazing even without the extras. The only issues we experienced was 1) the premium drinks package. Despite it being clear we had paid extra for premium drinks this wasn't automatically given a lot of the time. 2) excursions didn't give enough time for rest and relaxation - eg) 90 minutes to take photos or climb the leaning tower of Pisa was not enough time to eat at a restaurant too. I wouldn't hesitate to go on another Marella cruise - although next time without the kids!

We love marella. We have about it to everybody we meet. Our only issue nie is that Discovery 2 is becoming adult only. This is disappointing. Many of the child free adults agree also. Please reconsider!
We’re regulars with Marella and the great thing about Marella is that it’s flexible for everyone to have the cruise they want
My only complaint was that sun beds are not put out, people put their own out & do not leave room for anyone else. I had been told this about Marella before I sailed.
Generally very good with excellent cabin service. Less enamoured with bar drinks menus being mostly on line especially as I mostly avoid alcohol. The tender port operation at Calvi which involved sitting on the quay to jump in was poor.
The staff are fantastic cant fault them ,i was not happy with the fact that there wasnt wc on all decks. I am physically capable and it annoyed me , there were disabled people in wheelchairs on the ship .
Overall excellent due to value ,quality bar, dining and cabin services and overall friendly efficient crew
Food was excellent, trips , staff and cleanliness However ship was tired looking , pool area was like Butlins and cover crowded
