Was a good flight but I paid extra for leg room , wasn’t no match to Jet 2 and I had to pay extra , seats wasn’t that comfortable either

The staff at the airports and on board the plane were friendly and welcoming. When we were sat on the plane waiting to fly, but had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes, due to Palma airport being in chaos, the pilot kept us up to date with what was going on, rather than leaving the passengers to speculate, which I thought was a lovely thing to do. I'll definitely use TUI again.

I found it very easy to go on to the Tui app , book a flight the check in online . The airport staff in Glasgow were amazing . Very organised at getting people on the plane in order so it all goes smooth . Staff on board were all lovely . No complaints at all

Flights were easy to book but the website wasn’t clear on whether the different parts of the booking had been booked. Flight each way was delayed slightly but not too bad. The only detracting part was the delay on arrival at Manchester because of lack of staff to attach the air bridge so we had to wait about 20-30 minutes to get off the plane, then after a few minutes walk we had another wait of about 10 minutes for buses to arrive to take us back to the main airport building.

The experience of trying to rearrange a flight was diabolical. It took 50 minutes and was nothing short of painful. The flight itself was poor in that the crew ran out of drinks. All in all an amateur airline.
