A Reliable, Wonderful Company
My first communication with Tulum Transport Company was during completion of the reservation. Questions I emailed were immediately answered, enabling me to feel comfortable about completing the reservation. I had read all the reviews prior to making the reservation. I always wonder and question in my mind if the reviews are legitimate, but the reviews were universally five stars. I used Tulum Transport Company from April 24-28, 2026. My flight arrived on time in Tulum on April 24, 2026 at 1:15pm. It was a full flight, and it took 11/2 hours for me to get through immigration. The driver patiently waited for me to arrive at 2:30pm even though the rule was that the driver could only wait an hour because it was possible the driver had another appointment to keep. He was friendly, respectful and most importantly, if he was annoyed about the long wait it did not show. The 45 minute drive to my hotel was safe. The driver arrived exactly as scheduled for my return pickup on April 28, 2026 for my return to the airport for the trip home. I will definitely use Tulum Transport Company anywhere in Mexico they serve. This company is just wonderful.
