I placed my order on 2nd April. When it arrived there were some items missing. The guy admitted the items were not in the package but said "I could send them to you if you want them". I replied that "I did want them" because that is why I ordered and paid for them in the first place. 21st April still no products and now no replies to my emails.
I order regularly from this site, all my items have been exactly as was described in the add. I am more than happy with the service I recieved from Tumdee

My wife ordered, among other things, some white stair carpet at a cost of £1.98. They delivered black carpet. They offered a full refund but a condition of the refund was we had to incur the postage costs ourselves including the cost of tracking! All for something that cost £1.98 and was totally the suppliers error.
Buyer beware.
