I want to save Amazon's original series to my iPad so that I can watch them on the trip. One of my friends shares this Amazon Video Downloader with me. I'm so surprised that it really helps me download the titles to my computer and move the files to the iPad. Thank you to develop such a powerful program!

I was able to download both TV shows and movies with this software onto my computer and now can watch whenever even if I have no internet access. I only like to use free software, but I decided to pay for this one and it was worth it! When I had an issue downloading one certain TV series, I emailed them and they were able to resolve my issue. They went through the effort to actually resolve it! Something most companies today are lacking in, providing good customer service.

My children exceptionally like the animation films from my amazon account and watch them numerous times. But I need to utilize my record solely so I need to figure out how to download the recordings for my kids. Such a waste of money I only get 10% of the downloads successfully the other 90% all have failed -19 or failed -8004. It is also extremely slow and will not use my bandwidth. I put it on when I go to bed and wake up to mostly failures and even some of the ones that are "successful" are damaged episodes/movies that don't work or mess up mid way through. Skip this program.

Can't believe that this program could download my Amazon songs. I have a large playlist on Amazon, and it's indeed helped me to get most of them offline, which I used to buy the album from the digital store. Thanks for the support team!

90% of of converts didn't work. I kept getting failed 8004. Despite changing the settings, having the latest version, etc it still won't work. Save your money! It's a scam.

Not bad. I'm from Flixicam, they have a Netflix downloader. I then was recommended to this Prime video downloader. I'm in France and recently they provide me a beta version. It works perfectly. Later I may also purchase their Amazon music converter. Thank you guys.

Thank you very much for this application. Tuneboto Amazon Prime Download is a great program. It helps me to download a video in high-quality & perfect synchronization. I love it!!!

Great for converting Amazon tracks for a more permanent storage. The only criticism is it seems limited to 50 at a time and I have to delete converted tracks from my Amazon list in order to do the next 50. A bit of a frustrating niggle in what is otherwise a good bit of software.

This program fits my needs perfectly. It is easy to use, support is fast and takes care of my problems which are few. I am so happy to have found this program.

I have a large Amazon library, so I thought I’d link it up. Tuneboto downloaded. Waited for the registration and when it fired up it regularly failed to transfer 60% of tracks and these, despite repeated attempts came up again and again.

Reinstalls made no difference so I decided to cancel the subscription and get a refund, within the first week, guess what.
No refund. ‘The have a very strict policy’.
The very strict policy doesn’t stop them sending requests for more money even though I’ve removed the app and stopped the payment.

Tuneboto not only provide excellent tools that make my travelling life simpler and happier, but their customer service is fast, friendly and very supportive.
I had one issue which was resolved with a friendly email the next day.

Their apps provide an extended service to ever growing and changing online music systems, they have to update their apps in response to changes made by Amazon and Apple. They seem to be very committed to making sure you get what you pay for.
If your system does not work, let them know, give them time to update their tools. So far they have kept to their promise. Thank you.

TuneBoto deserves a bow for providing such an excellent converter for Amazon music. I liked the elegance and simplicity of the app where I could easily convert music of my choice in various formats like WAV, FLAC, AAC and MP3. Moreover metadata ID3 tag is kept intact which is pure delight for a music collector like me and is the icing on the cake!
I am hopeful that TuneBoto will definitely add functionality in this app for conversion of Amazon High Definition music in 16 bit, 24 bit and 32 bit for Audiophiles. I can trust TuneBoto on that.
