Thank you for your reply. Yes I am using other software now with Spotify. Spotify can track tunefab downloading tunes and they will block accounts. Have you managed to fix it?

Crash, crash, crash! Downloads stalls at 90% after every other file download. NO, it isn't your internet at fault! This service freezes at 90% download!!!! And, NO it doesn't auto go to the next file - it just freezes!!!!! Yes, you may get a good run of downloaded files before the inevitable CRASH. Successfully download files are very poor quality. Don't waste your money! Find an alternative.

I've been using this program (Spotify converter) for almost two years I think. More than a year but less than two years. It's a good product for if you want to listen to your Spotify playlists but want to have them outside of your phone.

One thing to note is that programs like these run the risk of getting your account blocked, which is why I rate it four stars instead of 5. I managed to get my account back, but if you don't want to run that risk, I suggest making a new account with another email that you don't mind risking a block from, and get the free trial on it.

I used TuneFab Spotify Converter for over a year on a monthly subscription without issues. Pleased with the service, I purchased the lifetime plan on January 31. However, after just a few sessions, Spotify flagged my account for "unauthorized use," citing a violation of their terms, and suspended it.

Fortunately, I was able to contact Spotify support and regain access to my premium account. Concerned, I reached out to TuneFab for assistance. Their response was that this was due to an "occasional Spotify review" and suggested using a free Spotify account instead. However, free accounts lack key features, including the ability to create personal playlists, which makes this an unacceptable workaround.

This experience is vastly different from my initial satisfaction with TuneFab. I requested a refund but have yet to receive a response.. I hope this issue is resolved, but at this point, it seems unlikely.

UPDATE:
TuneFab emailed back noting that they take responsibility for the flag and immediately refunded me back money, which I appreciate greatly. They also stated that they're continually working on improving the product so I'm hopeful that there'll be a workaround in the future. I've changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars but I imagine if everything was functioning fine, their customer support and product would be a 5.

BEWARE! This is a scam! I paid for the Apple Music convertor which didn't wort on my system at all even though it meets the requirements. I contacted support 20 minutes after I realized it wasn't going to work for my 5 Day Money Back Guarantee... they gave me the run around for 5 days and finally on the sixth day told me they no longer support that particular program that is still on their site and that I actually paid for, and instead, what me to download their "all in one" program that only works if you put in your personal Apple ID and Password! There is no way in hell I am giving a Chinese company my Apple Password! Wtf!? It's all a big scam, but I have screenshots of all the interactions and will be filing a lawsuit as well as reporting to the Federal authorities.

UPDATE February 08, 2025: I see they've responded to my review here, and it's the same response I've been getting from them after 7 days of back and forth "support" from them which is - I paid for an app that they apparently no longer support (though it is STILL up on their website) and they insist that I instead download a different app of theirs which requires putting in my personal Apple ID and Password, but that is NOT what I paid for and they STILL haven't given me a Refund for the actual non-working and non-supported app. So I reiterate, THIS IS AN OBVIOUS BAIT & SWITCH SCAM!

I've already filed a dispute with my Bank and have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission who will now be investigating Tunefab. I've given Tunefab every chance to make this right, and they've failed to do so...

Really great software perfect for converting I love the product. It's music to my ears.

I paid for unlimited use. Thereafter, their software lead to Spotify suspending my account, rending their product useless. After contacting their team for a resolution, I received a pre-scripted email that didn't solve anything and then I was ignored.

The product Spotify Music Converter blocked my Spotify Premium account. I was able to restore my account bI do not want to risk another block, any suggestions on how to use the programm again without risking.

really good software but needs a new product key every time I get a new Mac, still waiting for a response from my enquiry for last time I had to swap my Mac, customer help not working, cant we have a registration page to keep track of our software?

Was not able to login. Contacted Tune Fab numerous times. No response. Requested refund numerous times. No response. Absolute worst customer service.
Update…TuneFab stated they attempted to contact me via multiple emails.UNTRUE. FYI..I also checked my spam and trash folders. I received just one email requesting info regarding my order number and additional information which I promptly sent. I NEVER used the app and just want my $19.95 refund promptly returned.
Latest update. You advised me to check my Spam folder. The first and only email that was sent to me was dated yesterday. I can provide screenshots as well. At this point, I want $19.95 fully refunded or I will contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau.
Latest update. Tunefab stated they will be refunding my money quickly. As of this writing there has been no refund received.

The product Spotify Music Converter blocked my Spotify Premium account. I try to use the contact form on theire homepage and the form do not work so i can not move the licens to a new computer or try to get a refound......

Customer service and product

I have been using Tunefab for many months and any problem was delt with, although the response time was not great.
As I have upgraded my machine to Windows 11 I needed a new serial number, that was over a month ago and I have tried to contact them several times with no success.
Please think twice if you purchase anything from them as the customer services have gone downhill.

After posting this review I have been contacted by Tunefab and supplied with a working registration code.

I have purchased the Lifetime version. Upon receiving the licenses, I attempted to log in using the provided password. However, I continuously receive the following message: "Some unexpected errors happen. Please try again." Support is only available via a contact form, and despite reaching out, I have not received any response.

I purchased the Spotify Music Converter during the Black Friday Sale. When I logged in and activated the license it showed up as Apple Music. I looked over my receipt and noticed it also says Apple Music but I know without a doubt that I selected the Spotify version. I don’t understand what happened.

I immediately contact their support center about the confusion over the error. I was told to buy the correct version and only then would they would refund me for the wrong version. I shouldn’t have to make a second purchase for the error to be corrected. It sounds like a scam.

I am still in contact with their support team. They asked for a link to the purchase so I sent them the link to the product page but they said it isn’t the link they need that they need a link to my purchase. I don’t know how to get them a link to my purchase. They are also asking for a screen recording. It doesn’t make sense.

If their support team can’t get me the correct product or refund in the next few days I will be filing a transaction dispute with my bank for a chargeback.
