They do not tell you that there is a monthly subscription. I (like so many other customers) were conned into believing that there is a one off payment for an annual subscription when buying this from their website.
Avoid this scam !!!

Bought the 2013 version in July, it disabled itself and insists I pay again for the 2014 version. Avoid!

I paid $US49.95 for the software (including FREE Photomizer 2 and Videomizer 2 Megapack) on 3.9.13. Reference No. 49062054. I ALSO paid 39.95Euros for the same software (no FREE inclusions) on 2.9.13. Reference No. 49027291.

I am very happy with the software and it has improved my PC performance greatly but I didn't intend to buy it twice. I would appreciate a refund of the 39.95 Euro payment.

cut and paste keeps coming up incorrect

It was so simple to install, works well, and it also took me straight to the issues with my computer.

Having accepted an on screen offer to purchase TuneUP Utilities at a reduced rate from £29.99 to £14.99 I accepted the offer and went through with the purchase. However they took the full amount from my PayPal.

Having contacted cleverbrid​ge / AVG Ecommerce CY, Ltd. (cs@cleverbridge.com)
who the money was payed to, they stated they have nothing to do with it and if I can prove the offer they will try to arrange a partial refund .

It is now in the hands of PayPal to see if they can sort it out.

Don't be ripped of by these people

I've tried TuneUp utilities on a couple of computers and it always does a great job. I think that it is an essential tool to have in order to keep a computer running better. It enables you to customize and optimize a whole lot of functions of a PC.
I am glad to see all the improvements they make all the time. Very easy to use.

Hi there, I recently bought AVG tune up, to me it was easy to download and install which I need believe you me, I'm going to feel quite comfortable and secure knowing that I have it at my fingertips.

I was so pleased to get the email telling me that Tuneup Utilities & AVG had joined up. I had been using both of them for years, well at least 6 years anyway. I have always used the AVG Free as I don't have much money to play with so with this offer I can now have the full version of AVG as well as Tuneup Utilities.
I have been telling everyone I know with a computer or android to use Tuneup Utilities for years & AVG also.
Also Cleveridge is a name I trust from a while back.
So thanks again I now have more to "preach" about to friends & family.

Excellent software that goes on smoothly to make laptop optimization task efficiently in almost no time. Moreover, its price is interesting.
