I am a multiple purchase customer fo Tungsten Fashions. My latest order is now my last order on January 22, 2025. After 18 days of no movement shown on their tracking information the order was cancelled. It is now March 21, 2025 and no sign of my purchase being refunded. I will not purchase or recommend Tungsten Fashions from today forward.

I ordered a Watch from Tungsten in February and never received it after payment. It's been five-weeks now and still no watch.
I will go to my credit card company for a refund.

suprised to see so many negative reviews. ordered a tungsten ring for my partner as an anniversary present, it came very fast even better looking than in the images on the website. i made a mistake on my engraving and emailed them right after ordering had a reply first thing the next morning ( i emailed late at night the day before) and they changed the engraving for me. i would definitely recommend.

some of the reviews below seem wildly entitled, 10 years down the line and your mad they do not still carry the ring you purchased, or mad your partner damaged the ring in the gym and expect it to be resolved for free? . i feel for people trying to run their own business and dealing with some of these types of people

I have been married 10 years. My tungsten wedding band is damaged, no problem. Tungsten World has a lifetime guarantee! I contact them I want to replace my ring, they no longer carry my ring... disappointed I leave them alone for a couple of years. I reach out again wondering if they have any way to replace or repair my ring, they don't. The company offers me another ring, I don't want another ring. I find a replacement from another company. I ask Tungsten World if they will engrave it if I ship it to them they won't.

Incredibly disappointed that they won't assist me in replacing the ring I want to not with a completely different ring design!!

Tungsten World is amazing. The ring was beautiful and the engravement was perfect. My husband loved his ring!!! He recommended to a friend who also bought one.

I had to send back my fiancé’s wedding band back 3 different times because I could not figure out what size to buy him and Tungsten World was great throughout the whole process. They really do honor that 45 day perfect fit guarantee. I was given notice of when the new exchange shipped via an email with tracking number and they kept me updated through the whole process. The ring is beautiful and the customer service was amazing. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Ordered a ring and never received it. Spent a couple months back and forth with customer service and still no ring. It was a total loss, good thing it was tungsten I guess..

Had to re order wedding band since my finger is larger now.
Instead of sending .5 bigger, they sent same size ring. Plus the ring is 1 gram lighter with way less nicer finish than original.
They want me to pay all shipping cost plus a processing fee that adds up to more than the ring

Great customer service when asking questions about rings. Helped us both to get correct sizing.

Thank you for the ring sizer it is perfect compared to the ring sizer from other businesses. This ring sizer is sleek and not bulky like the ones that actually looks like a bunch of plastic rings. Several of my family and friends have all used it. It is by far the easiest to use and don't gave to worry about losing one. It is almost like a zip tie but thicker and shorter than most z-ties. I really enjoyed thank you. Yes I did refer some of my friends. It's really easy to store. It's only 3 inches long

Love the products here. They are as depicted, arrive quickly, and are direct with all the costs. This is everything I want from online ordering. Also, Tungsten is high quality, long lived metal that endures real life while staying in it's original form - exactly what we want.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Long story short, I ordered a wedding band for my husband from Tungsten World that never showed up. After almost 6 months of back and forth and emailing them asking for a delivery date, they continued to respond that it was backordered...after more time passed, a credit showed up on my credit card and they never responded with any kind of follow up. I guess they at least credited my purchase, but my husband still doesn't have a wedding band. Wish I had never ordered with them to begin with.

I lost my wedding band and needed a replacement quickly for my upcoming anniversary trip. Tungsten World didn't have an exact replica, but something quite close. I ordered it.

It was a seamless process with only a blip or two (like that, if I remember correctly, you can't ship to a PO Box), that happened all online and the ring arrived quickly...even faster than they promised.

They gave me a free upgrade to next day shipping because I needed it for the trip, and after ordering, I noticed that it would arrive the day after I left. Contacting their customer service was quick and easy.

I recommend this company for their large selection, affordable pricing and excellent customer service.

I received the ring as it was advertised. This one was to replace my original wedding band as my fingers have gotten bigger.
Quality was spot on, ring looks as good as the day I got it.

Purchased a stellar tungsten ring in March for $150, the 8mm Disco style. I love the way that ring catches the sunlight and casts pinpoint reflections of light around my hand. I've worn it every day since I got it and there isn't a scratch, blemish or discoloration anywhere on it.
Having gotten inferior products on other sites that weren't even tungsten metal I'm glad that Tungsten World offers a meritable jewelry of quality.

Angel was the best!! The ring I ordered for my hubby was a bit too small... I contacted customer support and they walked me through the return/exchange process (super easy btw!). I was getting nervous about the timing but I was able to talk to Angel and he had it taken care of right away and the ring was delivered perfectly!! The comfort fit is excellent and my hubby loves it!! Thanks guys:)

The ring was quality but the sizing was off and there is ZERO ZERO Customer support. I tried to call and email multiple times and no-one responded. I would 100% bring your business anywhere else as if you have to contact customer support you are not going to be able to.
