No aftercare service : very disappointing
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support from your company. My child’s seizure alarm system — essential medical equipment for my son — has not been working for over a month. During this time, I have repeatedly called and left messages to report the fault and request repair, but I have never once received a response from your fault/support team.
What is particularly frustrating is that your sales team answers calls promptly, yet when it comes to supporting families who rely on your expensive medical devices for their children’s safety, there is complete silence. This equipment is not optional or a luxury — it is critical to my son’s wellbeing.
I am asking for urgent contact and resolution, as this level of aftercare is unacceptable for a company providing medical alarm systems.
