becarefull , once you subscribe for the service , it cannot be canceled ,, i don’t find any cancel subscription button , and it always continuing pay for the service , mine now 3rd payment in row ,, asking for help from customer service no respond . my username id is zaghiechaoz

I payed by PayPal after 30 min gets an message : Your payment attempt failed. Check my account and they get the money but never receive any code no reply by emails from support system.

There are numerous alternative file hosting providers in the market that not only offer better services but also ensure effective customer support. In comparison to these competitors, Turbobit simply does not stand up. There are no compelling reasons to spend money on a service that is not only technically deficient but also lacks adequate customer care.

Overall, my experience with Turbobit was extremely negative, and I can only recommend looking for alternative file hosting services. The disappointment stemming from poor performance and the absence of customer support makes it irresponsible to endorse Turbobit. I received this answer from Turbobit. And so far this offer has not been realised. I would not be angry if I could not use only 10 days of the 30 days I paid for. This is fraud. and the way these Turbobit guys behave should be recognised by you. They don't reply to emails. NEVER

First Time speed was high, second Time was low, Need use additional link to boost It and downloaded

Reasonable monthly subscription price, that doesn't auto-renew. Good download speed.

if you use premium, everything pretty much smooth

Downloaded a workshop manual but it couldn’t be read so I raised the issue through their website and go no reply after repeated attempts. Simply a scam obviously. Avoid!

It has already been almost 3 days since I should have been unblocked.
Very limited premium services and without any tracking and this after several messages to Help Center 🤬

Very bad support arrangements. Most of the contact information listed on their website is out of date ( email address not recognised etc). Meanwhile after days of filing a ticket about multiple billing problems there is no response at all.

I have prior experience of requesting support and it being very very slow.

There is also a security issue with them sending passwords as plain text in unencrypted emails

UPDATE. It is 5 weeks since Turbobit said they would reply to me "very shortly". Today they emailed me to reply to a support "conversation" which has never had any input from their staff.

UPDATE 2: Over 2 months without a direct response. Their staff have deleted the current support conversation on their 'support' system but overlooked the fact that they emailed me about it with a link to the conversation.

Emails since Nov 3, 2023 to premiumATsend.turbobit.net, billingATturbobit.net and mailAThelp.turbobit.net have not had any response. Yet they continue to make offers without honouring old ones I have paid for.

Everything is fine, except that when doing a download, there are always several web pages that are displayed before making the requested download.

Please answer me, is it possible to skip these steps.
