I paid for an Apple iTunes Gift Card 2000 TL, order #2345061, but I have not received the digital code.

The company sent me an email saying that the order was successfully processed and that the code had been delivered in a separate email, but no such email arrived. I checked my inbox, spam, trash, promotions, and all mail folders — there is no code.

I also contacted customer support. They replied that the product was “being supplied” and then closed the ticket, even though the issue was not resolved. Now I cannot reopen the ticket.

At this point, I paid 39.57 EUR for a digital product that I have not received. I am requesting either immediate delivery of the code or a full refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service unless they resolve delivery issues properly and stop closing support tickets before the customer actually receives the product.

The process for purchasing a digital key was far too long. A very bad experience. I do not recommend it.

I always bought COD points from this Modern Warfare website, and I recently made two purchases. They didn't refund my money and they didn't give me the codes. I contacted support, but it's been weeks since I received a response. "They kept my money.".

good price, received code after 9-11 hours, code redeemed successfully.

Took around an hour to receive the codes but they worked great! Cheap prices.

After two hours of waiting for the code to arrive in my email, I realized something was wrong. I started reading reviews here and realized I'd lost my money.
I guess there's no point in waiting for the code; no one will refund your money.
Don't use this site, and don't trust Google reviews; they're all lies.
I don't understand how their account hasn't been blocked yet and they're still working.

UPD. After 8 hours and 17 minutes of "instant delivery," I finally received my PSN top-up code. If you don't want to waste your nerves and need the code right away, like me, I don't recommend dealing with this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased 4 Gift Cards worth 500 TL each. A few hours later, I received a notification with the codes, but none of them worked. Even worse, the codes provided didn’t have a valid format (for example: "order2011###" was one of them), which immediately raised concerns.

I have been buying from this company for years without any issues, but the first time I made a larger purchase, this happened, which is extremely concerning.

I contacted customer support, but my ticket was closed without any response or resolution. I had to reopen it myself, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, but no response until now.

At this point, I feel completely misled and unsupported as a customer. I strongly recommend looking for alternatives — I have already started doing the same.

On March 20, 2026, I placed order number 2311490 on your website. I purchased two digital items. These were a 25 USD Steam Wallet Gift Card and a 10 USD Steam Wallet Gift Card. The total order amount was 1.586,10 TRY. The payment was processed using my credit card.

Your website explicitly promises instant delivery for digital keys. However, after I completed the payment, the order status was marked as processing. No digital keys were delivered to my account or my email.

After waiting for more than 20 hours with no update, I contacted your customer support. I submitted a ticket stating that my order was still processing despite the instant delivery guarantee. I requested that the keys be delivered immediately or that the order be canceled for a full refund.

It has now been three days since the original purchase. The order status still says processing. I have not received the products I paid for, and I have not received a refund. Due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver the purchased goods, I have posted a review on Trustpilot. I expect a full and immediate refund to my original payment method.

UPDATE!: They are now refusing to cancel my order, even though their refund policy says, I am allowed to cancel my order and request a refund because the products have not been delivered yet.

Worst experience of my life. They claim to give instant delivery... They took 5 hours to process my order then didnt even send code when process was done. They asked me for more verification which i provided. Havent heard back from them since. There support is fake and a scam claiming they sent me the codes but clearly they cant even make their scam believable since the order status still says verifying. Support decided to close ticket himself and gave me an explanation full of lies. Be ware of this SCAMMING COMPANY they will take your money and completely ignore you !!! ( They have finally sent me the codes 7 days after. Support is so bad though no clear explanations wont be shopping here again.)
