We are pleased with our Turmerry latex mattress toppers. We have an older Tempurpedic Cloud mattress that was not as comfortable to us anymore (and the more recent sheets and mattress pads were too loose on the older mattress), so we looked for toppers. The bed is a king size, and we have different firmness needs now, so we used two twin XL toppers (a medium and firm) that fit on the king mattress well. The latex topper without a cover grips the mattress well, even when we raise the head of the bed for watching TV. It does not move out of place. We put our mattress pad on top, and it and the sheets fit much better now. At first, we tried the extra firm topper for a month, but it was too firm, so we exchanged it for the firm version. Turmerry's customer service was very helpful and accommodated our needs.

I drove a couple of hours to visit their showroom in Charlotte N.C. to see their mattress products for myself. Impressed by the quality and concept, I placed an order and was pleasantly surprised to receive it the next day. Setup was a two person job and the slight odor of rubber dissipated overnight. Both my wife and I had no trouble adjusting to the new texture and slept well the first nights. The ventilation holes in the latex sections seem to dissipate body heat making for cooler rest. We purchased the Split King giving us options for adjustments to each sleepers side. It also isolates movement and made setup easier. If we ever need to move house, we can break down the mattress for easier transport. Overall we are extremely pleased with the product received and can recommend it for anyone wishing to improve their quality of sleep.

I had an excellent experience with Turmerry and feel compelled to share my experience. I prefer a firm mattress while my partner prefers a soft mattress. After years of not sleeping well on our pillow top, I purchased the 2" Firm Latex Mattress topper in Twin XL to cover my side of our king bed.

I found the Firm to not be quite firm enough and exchanged it for the Extra Firm. It's perfect to add additional support to my side of the bed and cover up the lumpy pillow top without much less "sink." If you prefer a firm mattress, I recommend the EXTRA firm.

Turmerry customer service was very fast and communicative, and made the exchange process painless. I did have to pay extra to upgrade to the Extra Firm, but it was worth it. There was a 2 week waiting period for shipping on the extra firm, I assume it was out of stock.

It was packaged very well, and there was only a light smell when taking it out of the box. After airing out for about an hour, there was no smell whatsoever and the pad fluffed up to full size.

The only draw back is that some of the foam peels if you are not careful with it when making the bed. The pad cover would probably help with that, but for the price, I feel like it should have been included and not an additional ad on. I am not sure how long this pad will last, but I will enjoy it in the meantime.

I love my natural organic egg crate mattress topper! It is very soft and comfortable to sleep on and keeps my hips from pressure points in the night. I sleep on my side stomach and back and it is comfortable in all positions. My little dog was unsure what I did but now she too sleeps well on the topper! I love that I could find one that was not toxic also!!

Tuemerry’s shredded latex pillow has eliminated frequent neck and shoulder pain from side-sleeping. After trying firm down, synthetic, and solid natural latex pillows beneath a soft down top pillow, I discovered Turmerry’s shredded latex pillow—and it was the solution. It provides adjustable, comfortable support. I love how it feels and that it is Oeko-Tex Certified and organic to boot.

We bought a new mattress and it helped for a couple months but I have serious lower back issues and it would hurt to get up and out of bed in the morning. We found Turmerry and tried the bed topper!! What a difference it has made!! I still have some not great days but for the majority of the time I am not in the amount of pain I was in! We took it off and went one night and thought we will never do that again!!! I might even buy the pillows!!! Thank you!!!

I recently purchased a Turmerry Topper. It is for a California King and fits perfectly. It is medium density and three inches thick. Our weights are 128 lbs and 172 lbs. My husband did not think it was needed but he finds it very comfy. I really like it and my joints are feeling better although soft might be optimal for me but would not work for my husband. No odor at all and it fully expanded almost immediately. Customer service was excellent. Thank you Turmerry for making a great organic product.

The product was perfect. I wasn't sure which topper I needed but their Match quiz helped me select the right size and degree of softness. I like their very friendly user website. I like the fact that is a family own business. I feel the integrity of the company throughout the pages. And their communication was warm and personable.
The topper had no fumes after removing it from the packaging. I am not hot or cold when I sleep. Shipping was fast.

Bought 3" soft latex mattress topper. Fast shipping. Easy to unpack. You just have to be careful with scissors when you cut it open. Easy to get on bed. I have a super firm mattress as that is what I like to sleep on. However I now have a bit of arthritis so I ordered the 3" soft latex topper. I feel like it's a little too soft for me, but that may be due to the fact that I'm used to a firm mattress. It's not enough of an issue for me to send it back. It fits the mattress great and I do sleep well on it.

I have been using buckwheat pillows for years. Turmerry's pillows are very nice the cover and zipper seem to be of high-quality. My only issue was that there wasn't enough buckwheat hulls in the pillow and I had to order more… But that could just be my preference

Do not purchase anything from this company. Their policy is to only allow you to refund ONE item within a 12-month period, and you will have to pay for shipping yourself.

LOVE their organic latex 3" mattress topper. Super soft, not hot at all. Turned our bed from being a bit too soft to just right with a medium support topper.
Order with a topper cover and the company will install the cover over topper before they ship... and FAST shipping. Highly recommend!

I ordered a pillow last week and I received it two days ago. Turmerry sent me the wrong pillow. I was supposed to get a king size medium latex pillow and I received the king size soft, latex pillow. When my Homecare nurse brought it up to me and we opened it up. I thought that it was the right pillow at first and when she pulled the one I purchased out of the closet February 15, 2024, which was a king size soft, latex pillow. It was the same one. The representative Courtney made me feel bad saying I couldn’t ever return anything after this time because you can only have two returns, and I guess that they consider them sending me a wrong pillow is a return on my behalf when they are the ones that sent me the wrong pillow. They told me I can donate the pillows but like I told him I am disabled and I’m bedridden and what if I don’t have someone to donate it for me and they said I have to cut the pillow up but take pictures of cutting the pillow and send it to them before they can send me the pillows. I can understand that for the first one because that was my mess up. I didn’t know their latex quality except for a little pillow but you can’t really go from that. But the second pillow the one I just received a couple days ago that’s their mess up that’s not mine they sent me the wrong pillow, I had somebody from Turmerry call me her name was Courtney and I might’ve asked her the same question over again, but I’m autistic and I didn’t understand. I was thinking about purchasing a mattress from them but I’m not sure now because I’m having issues with returning a pillow that they sent me the wrong pillow. It’s not the one I ordered. I’m having issues because they don’t understand me. I like the quality of latex latex feels nice. It doesn’t really stink and you get your delivery pretty fast. I just wish I would’ve got what I ordered.

first, the natural latex smells and feels good - it was delivered quickly and easy to cut down to fit my lumpy old futon perfectly - then i slept on it - it was amazing - i slept deeply through the night and woke up with aches and pains from years of ranch work GONE which continues to surprise and delight me - thanks for a wonderful product Turmerry!
