I paid for my pet portrait in advance at a business stand February 2025. I didn’t have a suitable photo on my phone at the time. I was given up to Christmas 2025 to order on line. It was 6 months later before I got around to sending a photo & the company responded in quick time & gave a timeline of the process. I have now received a proof copy which I love & looking forward to receiving my order shortly. A very easy & well managed process.

I placed my order at Burghley Horse Trials and uploaded photos later. From start to finish this has been a very pleasant and efficient process and the product is fantastic.

Great communications from Lucy. Lovely adjustment to an existing canvas we already had including some dogs that are no longer with us . Then an additional canvass of our newbies .

What started with me looking at a stall during a country show, led to an order- super friendly, no pressure and I was so impressed by the amazing paw-traits on display!

I was told exactly what to expect next, uploading photos of my dog was super simple the hardest part was closing a setting (I will probably order another haha)

Average turnaround time is on their FAQ's so I didn't need to follow up, received my email to check I was happy today and now I can't wait for the finished product to arrive!

I made a special request on my order, I wasn't sure if it was possible but they made it happen!

Easy to order and send in photos. First proof was received in a about couple of weeks. They were very accommodating when I asked for a small tweak to be made and another proof was sent to me for approval. Received artwork, really please with end result. I would use this company again, certainly recommend them.
