The end product was absolutely fantastic quality and just amazing.

The initial contact with the salesman at South of England Show was good.
Online picture upload was relatively easy.
The proof was provided within the timescale promised and was excellent.
We ordered two items and expected them to arrive together. The picture came within a reasonable time but the phone case was not enclosed. On enquiry phone cases take longer to produce than pictures.
The main thing is that the picture produced was excellent and our daughter loved it.
So just 4* due to comms.

Lead time was very reasonable even though they were very busy.
Delivered when expected, we were away at the time. Delivered to our trusted neighbour.
The artwork is great, we love it.

The stand at the Devon County Show was really nice and displayed lots of finished prints which gave us confidents to order. the whole process was really easy and we had great communications throughout. The finished product is superb and has pride of place in our lounge.

So I was at the Suffolk show when I saw this lovely company s art work
It was all very easy complete form and pay then up load 5 images of you pet when you get home and
pick what art work you want your dog to appear in

The gentleman at the show was very informative and lovely and friendly looked at some of my pet photos and explained what to send which way the dog should look and what I could change
For example the Peckham
Picasso has an initial medallion so I was able to change to represent my dogs name

Pre ordered our portrait at Highclere Show
Went on line and uploaded photos of our Harry. Received draft in a few days and we were delighted with the artwork. Once approved the actual canvas arrived safe and sound by Royal Mail a few days later

Great image, loved the final result and good communication and delivery

Met with them at a country fair and instantly loved the idea and the picture options.
The lady on stall was very knowledgeable about the picture styles that would suit our dog breed and was brilliant in talking through options with our 13 year old boy.
Having now received the chosen print the quality is great and puts a smile on all the family’s faces.

The whole experience with Walker Pet Portraits was exceptional from start to finish.
From the warm, friendly and helpful introduction at Badminton Horse Trials, to the technical interaction with the technical team and artists.
Nothing was too much trouble, and their patience and understanding in my satisfaction was always foremost in their approach.
Their attention to detail was much appreciated and clearly the focus in ensuring our complete satisfaction with the finished painting.
