Ordered a shift knob for my 2008 E90, waited about a month until they responded, said they did not have it, and I would probably never receive one. So we ended up doing a cancellation and the person on the phone assured me it was all settled. Completely forgot about the shift knob and a few months later, a deer totaled my E90, so I do not have the car anymore. (This was four months ago btw.)
About a week ago I get an email saying I got charged and there was now a shift knob being sent to me. I called up the company and they said they denied the cancellation request, which I didn't even know was a thing they could do. (NO EMAIL ABOUT THAT EITHER) So they tell me I can return the item. I get the item today and I go to do a return and it says the item is not eligible for return, so now I have a useless shift knob that won't work on my F10, that I now need to sell online.
Mind you, this whole interaction happened throughout six months. I thought this was all settled, and Turner assured me it was. All I've gotten in each interaction has been lies. I will never use this company again

This is a little overdue but the manager I contacted got back to me and was very consoling and professional in considering by grievance—therefore I changed my experience from 1 star to 3—I can respect a company taking ownership; but hopefully they’ll be progressing towards preventing them from reoccurring.
Never ordering from this company again—they got like 1.5 stars on Trustpilot—that’s saying something—I just learned this after-the-fact.
I’ll tell you why:
I’ve been working with FCP Euro, AutoHausAZ, Bimmerworld, and Pelican for about 15 years for my BMW—not once in all those years with any of them did I ever have one issue that wasn’t resolved immediately and respectfully—especially when the fault was there’s.
This one time I couldn’t find the part I needed —but it popped up in the search engine with Turner Motorsports—so I decided to order a few other things I had in my AutohausAZ shopping cart as well to benefit from their free shipping minimum.
(Long story as short as possible) . . . I place my order with everything in stock—soon after receive an email stating one part is back ordered for weeks, so I opt for another manufacturer of the same part —but also add another part to the order since it hadn’t shipped yet.
They update the order but end up shipping that added part directly from the vendor to my address affiliated with the billing of that credit card, not what I had filled in for my current shipping address.
So that one part gets shipped there, and the other (initial part of the order) is directed for my current address but still hasn’t shipped yet because they’ve back ordered another part but this time didn’t tell me.
I contact them, tell the agent my situation, he gives me an attitude like a 20 something year old living in his mothers basement who’s frustrated because his mom is calling him while playing Minecraft and feels interrupted.
I tell him to chill and realize it’s their fault that they didn’t update the order to the correct address—after a little conflict he then goes “I’ll make sure no one picks-up your calls the next time you call” and hangs up.
Bro—never have I ever experienced this behavior in my personal life let alone dealing with a business.
I sent an email to PR about it and never heard back—
Never again dude—never.

Extremely poor customer service experience. I contacted customer support to inquire why it was taking approximately two business days to receive a return label for a damaged item. The product arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and minimal reinforcement, and the damage was clearly caused during UPS transit.
Instead of assisting, the customer service representative responded in an unprofessional and hostile manner. The representative stated that if I disputed the charge with my credit card company, I would be “blacklisted,” which came across as a threat and was completely inappropriate—especially for a legitimate return involving shipping damage.
The call then escalated into a shouting match initiated by the representative. This type of behavior, along with making threats toward customers, is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should not be spoken to this way when simply requesting a standard return for a damaged item.

The item was returned as it came in same condition. Whatever they claim is just an excuse for refund denial! And they claim Lifetime warranty or whatever, is all a lie!

Called up, went straight to a survey call back again, and the guy told me he hung up because he heard music in the background. I was driving and said hello immediately then he pretended to be the cofounder of the company having an attitude while I was trying to make a purchase, extremely unprofessional uncaring and disrespectful. This is not a company worth dealing with they will probably make up their own rules give you problems on returns and cause issues. I have something from this company and it put a whole bunch of check engine lights on a different car. It doesn’t seem like there’s quality in products or service. There’s a lot of better companies out there.

Purchased a lip 1 year ago finally got my g80 and the lip fitment is off by more than a inch. 2 shops said they can’t install it . Customer service said with the Lifetime replacement program I would have to buy another lip which is $900 and than get my money back in CREDIT. When I ship my other one back . This is ridiculous and they should have definitely handled this a better way. Very disappointed !!

Took my order 4 weeks ago and have no stock. Now had two emails advising of delays, but no response to any of my four emails - I only want to know what’s been delayed and when I can expect it!? Very poor communication and don’t have stock of their own branded items!
Update: Turner Motorsport did respond to my review and contacted me with the info I had been asking for. They provided a new delivery date and even managed to deliver a day early!
Not the best start, but turned out well in the end. Also, very pleased with the quality of the products I ordered.

Ordered the turner race control arms (front) and monoball LCAB for my e36. Put them on and the castor is way too positive. My wheel sits so far forward that there’s no way it’s drivable unless I remove the front bumper.
The issue is that these parts come as a bundle and it seems turner doesn’t have a good idea what they’re selling. My guess is these arms have the 95 m3/non-m geometry which use off-centered LCAB. Turners monoball LCAB that come WITH their control arms are centered.
I reached out to them to see if they had any idea or recommendation and they told me to give them details about my car which I provided and they never responded.
The quality is good but please educate yourself on the products you’re selling. These are useless to me. $500 down the drain. I’ve tried to give my business to these guys but I’ll be sticking with FCP euro moving forward.

Ordered on 4/14 was emailed on 4/16 that a part was missing. Was told it would be in and shipped 4/16. 4/18 label created not shipped. On 4/19 opened chat at 0830 EDT waited until 1030 on next available agent. Called to cancel order only menu option that worked was sales, they transferred me to support waited on hold 49 minutes, never answered so hung up. Received UPS notification at 9:32 pm EDT order was picked up. 5 days to ship order that was in stock when ordered. Recommend not doing business with this company, they are unresponsive on orders, hate to see what product support would look like.

Company says it will ship “today” doesn’t ship out today. Will put your order on hold until they can get it sourced. Customer service will put you on hold for long periods of time over simple issues. Generally a poor experience. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what. But I’m in for an hour and a half wasted on in time dealing with these people. DOUG was not helpful. James handled my request within 5 minutes after I hung up on Doug.

Ups accidentally mislabeled my packages and instead of TMS returning my package, they steal the item and exchange me an item $350 cheaper, then say they can’t find the item that was accidentally sent to them. Bad customer service, dishonest employees that will steal from you if they can get away with it. I’ve been ordering parts from TMS for years but not anymore. I will no longer do business with them.

Ordered a tire kit suggested by sales. When my “kit” was received, there was only a spare tire. When I communicated with Turner Motorsports they informed me a kit means the tire is included with a wheel, not a spare tire “kit”. For $470 make sure you shop around for a real kit for the same price. They come with spare, jack, lug wrench etc.so you can actually change a flat.

Ordered an OMP steering wheel in September of 2022. Every few months I get an email update that it will ship later and later. Today is March 5th 2023. The last email said March 1st. I clicked the shipping link inside the email and now it says March 27th. I'll be updating this review on March 27th... stay tuned!!
Absolutely garbage customer service.
I was looking to purchase a whole heap of interior trims and like any diligent person I inputted my car specs to filter through compatible parts.
When I soon came to realize post purchase is that Turners shows you things for you car that aren't even compatible even if it says there are.
Naturally I ordered $3000USD worth of items thinking I have done my part and selected the right gear according to their guidance yet this would be the start of my problems.
The order was dispatched and I received 2 defective products and 2 incompatible items. I followed up so many times about this mishap and they refuse to reply to any of my emails. Only as of today did they acknowledge to potentially process my refund if I ship the items back at my own expense! Shocking treatment it does not matter if you spend 300 or 3000 they treat you like trash because they know they can get away with it.
STAY ABSOLUTELY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!
