Got what I was looking for but at a quite big money
Costumer service is quite good, yet it takes some time for them to answer back. They should add some information, details or specifications regarding international transfer because, although it has to with the bank you are client of as well, I had to transfer money twice in order to complete my payment due to the bank charges.

Good service, easy paymeny and fast shipping. Item arrived in good condition thanks to sturdy cardboard wrap. Would have liked to not have multiple plastic shipping bags as that seems a bit excessive, but that's mostly a Nacex issue. Otherwise, no complaints.

Exzellent Game
Exzellent Game, but it would be helpfull to clarify that the Manual is in Italian, Not english! You Use english on your Box Art, so that implies there is atleast a multilanguage Manual inside. Pls consider this in Future print Runs. Otherwise i'm astonished by the high Production value and Overall Game. I will recommend your Game further, but pls, do a propper english Release!

Reliable and responsive customer service
You can't really know how reliable a company is until you run into an issue and see how they fix it. It turns out that Turol Games did great in the first place, but when I had an issue, they had excellent and responsive customer service, so they definitely earned my trust as an online retailer.
