Last two times I've had the bottomless brunch at Sheffield, it's been awful. Kept having to wait 25 minutes for a drink. Bone in my chicken roti. Not worth the money. A shame because it used to be really good.

On the evening that two of us went there were only 5 tables occupied but were told that at other times of the day the place was very busy - especially in the afternoon when the drinks were "almost free". That says a lot. Waiting staff - can't fault them. However the food was bland and small portions. The rice, chips and the starter were luke warm, and the plates we used to eat off were stone cold so these elements went cold very quickly. The meats were ok but nothing special. Different but not special. We won't be going back and with so many eateries in Leicester why repeat the experience.

Jeff and Celest was amazing food and drinks were awesome and the food was spot on delicious would definitely recommend going to Turtle Bay Peterborough.

We visited Turtle Bay Winchester at the weekend, Zak was amazing - super friendly and really attentive, happy to answer any questions we had and made us feel very much at home. Quick to refill drinks and take food order, overall great experience and a special thank you to Zak, he is the best!

Be warned. The food here is bland. There is a lot of sugar in the standard jerk chicken. The food feels like there is lot of sugar added. Well cooked, coconut rice and beans good. Chefs are OBIDIENT Indian chefs and waitresses and managers too want to hold their jobs and too who will do as told.unfortunately. I'm sure people of Carribbean origin, don't eat this rubbish. Food is catered for those with bland palettes. The restaurant chain is always empty, rightfully. The second bad experience for me with this chain. PLEASE AVOID this unauthentic franchise and go elsewhere.

Overall generally a good meal. We were a large booking and it felt like they werent used to dealing with large group bookings. We pre-ordered but the way it was managed felt a little disorganised. Personally, two of us were sharing a jerk platter and ours was missed when they brought out the mains. When it finally arrived the ribs were burnt so were inedible. No apology or offer of any money back / refunds despite the value of the group booking.

Visited Solihull site, very disappointing. Small portions and food nothing special.
We were asked to order at the bar yes still charged 10% automatic service charge and not told about this.
Gave feedback and requested a refund of the service charge, no response.

My friends and I visited Turtle Bay Swansea for the Bottomless Brunch. The cocktails and service by Joe did not disappoint. Joe was friendly and very helpful. The only disappointment (and it’s only a minor thing) was that the burger, which was part of the package, was not accompanied by any sides. You had to pay extra

The bar man Ethan , had great customer service , was polite knew what he was doing and excelled himself with great customer service ,
I would definitely recommend turtle bay for value and great cocktails

The server was super friendly and helpful and concerned about safety and the food was delicious ( I have the Mac and cheese and a non alcoholic cocktail)
The bathroom was clean and the atmosphere lively.

Here having a brunch in Turtle Bay Southampton. We haven't seen our waitress for 40 minutes.... it's quiet. She asked if we wanted sauce with our food. We grabbed it from the kitchen area as she didn't come back.... no drinks for 40 minutes plus and there are only 5 tables. Please do not waste your money..... literally the worst brunch ever!

The portion sizes are for your kiddies portion at adult prices! It was my first time at trying this Caribbean joint in Peterborough and I was so disappointed. If I could attach pictures here, I would have. The clientele must be mostly black people, so for the prices and the size of portions, it really will not be worth your while if you're hungry, you would need about double, or triple to satisfy even the smallest of appetites. A real rip off! Spent about £70+ and still needed dinner at home. On top of that I ordered pork belly and it wasn't in the bag. Really bad experience.

We visited Camden Town bank holiday. It wasn’t overly busy. We have been to numerous Turtle Bays all over the country and had an excellent time so don’t be put off by my review. Just be mindful of visiting Camden Town. We waited 10 minutes between each drink. We tried putting our order in early so they would have them ready. That didn’t work. We tried all ordering the same cocktail.That didn’t work. If this was my first visit, I wouldn’t be returning. Luckily it isn’t. So I would continue visiting others but won’t be using the Camden restaurant again.

Had a great time on Thursday 22nd August, for the bottomless brunch for my friends' birthday.

Tom was the manager and looked after us! All the staff were friendly and food tasted good.
