I bought Shanghai backpack in pale yellow, very lovely color, really like it. The design is very chic, compact size but can keep all needed stuff including small water bottle. Very thoughtful design with anti-theft pocket, Love it!! 🥰 The staff was very responsive and helpful, I was impressed with very good svc. 👍🏻 The only thing I think can do better is the lining, it’s a hard polyester. When putting my hand inside, can hear the sound like scraping the paper, hopefully it may get softer and less noise.

I am very happy with my purse. The design and quality exceed my expectations. My only concern is the $40cad extra charge which I had to pay upon delivery to FedEx. At first, I thought it was a scam. Perhaps it would be preferable to add a note at the time of purchase that this could happen.

I only buy TL when I need a bag or wallet or passport cover. Delivery takes a few days and products come in good packaging.
