Fast delivery, no faults or reasons to call so don’t know about customer service, but what I can say is they called me months after having the bed to see if there is anything wrong with it and still no faults but I would really recommend, 10/10

We ordered a cream super king TV bed after hunting online for a couple of weeks! Trying to find a tv bed that was nice, good quality and reasonably priced was proving difficult! We took the plunge upon reading good reviews, and so glad we did!
The delivery was smooth and the guys were so polite and helpful. The bed was easy enough to put together and its beautiful and brilliant quality! My mum has just ordered the same bed after seeing ours, we would 100% recommend!

Ordered the Arla Ottoman Bed
Delivery arrived a week after ordered, which was good however all the screws and the instruction manual was missing
Rang the team yesterday who were apologetic and said they will send out the screws and instruction manual for the next day.
Screws arrived the next day and instruction manual is still missing.
Rang the team again, who said they will email the manual over in the next 10minutes. 30mins later nothing received and they reported there was an internet issue. Its now been hours later in the day and now they aren't even answering the phone.
Might change this if I ever get a manual or get to build my bed but tempted to claim a refund now because this is getting ridiculous, I've had to take time off work to build this bed and now I'm left with the parts to a bed but no idea how to build it and no assistance. Ridiculous way to treat customers especially when hard earned money has been spent on purchasing the bed

However, we do feel it is important to clarify that you have not been scammed. You have received the bed you ordered, and as soon as the missing parts were reported to us, we took immediate action to resolve the issue.
The bolts and instruction manual should have been included with the bed, and we are currently investigating this with our manufacturer to understand how this occurred.
You first reported the issue yesterday at 2:20pm. Replacement bolts were dispatched the same day and delivered to you by 9:23am this morning. We believe this demonstrates that we acted as quickly as possible to rectify the problem.
Regarding the instructions, we explained during our phone call today that we did not have a physical copy available to send with the replacement bolts. Instead, we arranged to send the instructions electronically via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, we experienced a technical issue which prevented the message from sending initially. The PDF instruction manual was subsequently delivered to you via WhatsApp at 2:13pm this afternoon.
We completely understand that this has been inconvenient, particularly given that you had set aside time to assemble your new bed. We sincerely apologise for that frustration. However, we do not feel that a 1-star review fairly reflects how the situation has been handled. Whilst mistakes can occasionally occur, what matters is how a company responds when they do. From the moment the issue was reported, we responded promptly, communicated with you throughout, and took action as quickly as we possibly could to resolve it.
We hope you are now able to complete the assembly of your bed and enjoy your purchase. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Such a good company , I got a bed from the a year ago , moving house and needed the instructions to dismantle and assemble the bed properly, message and was given them no problem and so quick at resolving , no issue is too small for them would highly recommend

STILL NO RESOLUTION!!…
Beyond disappointing service from order to NON delivery.
I live in Scotland- first delivery : wrong headboard, no tv and no second bed. Very disappointed.
Next delivery promised today - bed , headboard & tv I installation.
Today - took a day off work, no contact, no delivery. Do not buy from this company
UPDATE - it is now 20th July and Despite assurances from the TV bed company, I have still not received the correct headboard for my bed. Original order was made on 20/5/26. They blame their fufillment centre and delivery team. I did not order from either of these companies and the delivery team have been excellent. In fact they are the only people to contact me to inform that headboard is not yet available.
TV beds have a policy of “ no compensation “. I didn’t ask for this, I correctly asked for the cost of the headboard to be refunded but they refused and offered a “goodwill measure “ of an increased warranty!!
I’m glad people have had good experiences but please be aware if you have an issue with this company, you will experience the worst possible customer service. The owner has only contacted me once when I left initial review, no calls or emails since then unless I have sent enquiry first.

Absolutely love our new bed. Only issue we had was that the headboard wing arrived damaged which was disappointing (we think this was during transport on the delivery side) after reading the reviews I was concerned that we’d be waiting a while for a new part however they communicated with us promptly and we had a new piece arrive in 1 working day. Would recommend.

Can not fault the company. Bought bed just over a year ago and a button needs replacing. Minute I messaged they replied with a call talked me through how to check certain things. Called back discussed what it was and no problem to big. Rob couldn't of been more helpful. The bed is amazing quality definitely recommend would purchase again from them. Very pleased customer. We love our new TV ottoman bed!
We love our TV ottoman bed from TV Bed. We got it for a great price and pre ordered it. We were kept up to date with expected delivery times and was called to arrange the delivery date. We checked the bed that evening and it looked great. My husband found it easy to put together by himself and it looks perfect in our new room, we are over the moon with it! We love the colour, the quality and the style of the bed. We ordered our own TV to put into the bed, and the instructions are clear on how to set this up! The space under the bed is great and we find it handy having two handles on the side of the bed to lift it to access the underbed storage.
We were surprised to receive a courtesy call a few months after our purchase to check to see how we are getting on with the bed. Overall, we had great customer service and will definitely purchase from them in the future!

Excellent service by TV beds
Excellent service by TV beds. Originally ordered a bed but with the war got stook in the middle east. I rang up and changed to a different bed with no issues. I paid for delivery and installation and was well worth the money. The quality of the beds are to notch and will be buying one again in time.
