What an excellent Company. TVCorner took great care to ensure the TVup Plus 12 mois & box Android TV was programmed to my liking before sending to me in the UK.
The delivery company they use - Colissimo international - provided a first rate service. And the wide range of Spanish channels I can now receive is very good value for money.

I live in London and wanted to watch French TV. Upon placing my order, TVCORNER got in touch with me by several emails going through technical compatibility to make sure that my order will work in the UK. Amazing customer service, very responsive and responsable. Rarely you come across such support to make sure that I will be happy with my purchase, well done.

I must say that I have never had a worst experience in my life. I have unfortunately bought online a Manhattan SX box from tvcorner.com. I connected the box to the TV set and it did not work at all. In fact, it would not even go on and the TV set would not even allow me to select input from the HDMI port that I had connected the box to. The little power supply unit (12v 1.5A) was obviously faulty, as the indicator on the box front panel was lit in a near invisible (very fade) blue flashing light.

Fortunately, I had a similar power supply that I was using on another device and so I could use that one to prove that the Manhattan SX power supply was indeed faulty (DOA). And... yes it did prove it! The Manhattan SX box was on and the front panel indicator was visibly lit in a bright blue light. The TV set allowed me to select the HDMI input and the Manhattan menu appeared on the TV screen.

I proceed to run through the initial setup of the box, that was not yet connected to the satellite cable. It all seemed to work (with my power supply), until I tried to turn off (to standby) the Manhattan box, by pressing the remote control on/off button. That did NOT work!!!

A very abrupt inpatient answering male took my call.
As soon as I mentioned the fade blue flashing light he interrupted me saying that the box was trying to connect to the satellite and that is normal !? I asked if I could further explain the issue and he simply refused to let me talk. When I asked again and again that he listens to what I have to tell him, he called me aggressive, bluntly refused to listen and abruptly interrupted the call, saying that he will call me back later.

I have decided to send back the Manhattan box and I do not care if they refund me, or not. I simply wish to never have anything to do with tvcorner.com.

Never in my life have I had such a horrible, extremely unpleasant experience and I therefore strongly recommend to avoid doing any business with tvcorner.com.

The item that I ordered was dispatched within hours and I received it in 48 hours. The item was a free sat decoder. There was a simple set up and it worked perfectly. Overall this was a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use the services of this seller again!

Appalling customer service. I’ve been waiting over three months for a solution to a technical problem but they don’t even bother to reply. When I phoned them, the rude support guy accused me of lying. They need to have some basic customer service training.

I orderd ansx freesat box and was informed it was not in stock. I received no response to 3 e mails aking when it might be delivered as I needed it within a 10 days. The box actually arrived 7 days later and was fine. I will not be using this firm again because of rubbish customer service.
