The return address for this company is; products return department, 415 Hamburg Turnpike building G, Wayne New Jersey 07470 for those of you that could not get a hold of anybody. I had the same problem but with PayPal investigating they offered my money back minus shipping of course.

I ordered two units and didn't realize the units wouldn't be delivered for over two months. Disappointed but it is what it is. Just received one unit in the mail and attempted to set it up. Fail. I then learned there is not support for the unit. I called and asked for support and was told the number (that came with the unit) was for ordering and such issues. When I explained my problem they asked what ISP (internet service provider) I had and they responded with "it does not work with Comcast Xfinity". I was like "you're kidding right"? So I'm returning the unit for a refund. Then the issue with the unit that didn't arrive. They said they sent it; I said "I received one, but not two". The phone guy wanted to send me another one but I said why if it doesn't work with my ISP. I shipped the one back 2nd day. I'll follow up. I'm a bit worried they will be difficult to get me refund from. So far very sketchy. Do not buy!

Horrible had to contact the BBB to get a refund for a product that does not work. Buyer BEWARE....total scam and they won't give a refund unless you get the BBB involved....then you still are required to pay the return shipping. They try to waste your time and let the 30 day refund run out. Steer clear!!

This is a total POS. This device only takes what’s on your computer or phone and shows it on your TV. If you don’t already subscribe to a streaming service, then you will either have to or this device is useless. And they won’t take them back (duh, I wonder why?) probably because they are nothing but trash. Don’t waste your money on this crap!

This is BS don’t fool with this tvfix aint working at all $68.90 just for one it’s not even working we’ve been waiting for almost a month 😡 I did look to their website where I bought it probably the reviews their was really impressive though that’s why I bought one , but I was thinking they just copy paste those good reviews saying it really works good and save your monthly bill than you paying now . It’s a BIG SCAM .......

Save your money - complete scam! Does not work and you can not get your money back. They do not accept returns nor do they do refunds! False advertising at its worst! They should be turned into the BBB.

THERE IS NO INTERNET TO CONNECT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY. GOOGLE CHROME WORKS GREAT AND SO DOES THE FIRE STICK

I ordered 2 from Gettvfix.com in July 2020. Number 1: Got it & it was not like the picture showed (white triangular-like) but what I received was a black box-like with cable wires coming out of it. Number 2: Hooked it up and it did not work. Number 3: Mailed them back on August 4 (return/receipt mail). Number 4: Received an email from them in October 2020 saying a refund would be made back to my card. Which, as you can see, took them 2+ months. Number 5: The card I used was closed in Sept. 2020 due to fraudulent activities. Number 6: I immediately emailed them back when I received the refund email from their October 2020 from them stating they were refunding my card -- which my email stated that they could not refund my card as the account has been closed, that they would have to send me a check or money order. Number 7: They said they refunded the money back on my card on October 17. Duh -- how can money be refunded in a closed account -- as I told them, if they refunded, they should have gotten a message that it was declined -- right?!!! Number 8: They said for ME to check with my bank, as they cannot send check or money order to me -- they only refund back to card or PayPal -- & my response back to them was "what kind of bank does your business use that you can't refund by check?" Was never answered back on that question. Number 9: I have turned them into the Better Business Bureau and I am still dealing (since August 2020 & here it is October 2020) with them by numerous emails. I hope the BBB gets further then I have. I have continue emailing them (so far 3 different people have responded with all 3 saying the same thing) and they do NOT read my emails and they keep sending me the same "formed" or as I call them "canned" emails stating that they have been very busy and sorry it took so long to reply. Wonder why??? What a joke??? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS and it is a SCAM!!!!!

Wish I would have checked this site out before I bought 2. I did everything the instructions say. I got to the screen Set Me Up. it has the network name and password. I have tried everything to connect and it shows Waiting on connection. I guess I failed to make the connection that this is a POS and got sucked in by their advertising. Will do a better investigation next time before I buy a POS. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. TVFIX I can change this if you send correct instructions to connect this.

I've seen the ads and searched for reviews and it seems "TV FIX" has many links with self written, glowing reviews. All of them fake. I've read the complaints here and suggest everyone of you contact the Federal Trade Commission and let them know what's going on. The F.T.C. has the power to shut 'em down and has the teeth to make 'em pay unlike the consumer protection commission and the better business bureau. Please contact the Federal Trade Commission. We pay them through our taxes and they will fight for you.

i order 3 of them , now it won t play on all 4 tv here , it say wifi on tvfix work but u can t use your same wifi u use on your phone or tablet with tvfix and i know i lost money now . SAD

I ordered 4 devices and after trying to get them connected, find none of them connect. Its a scam. I tried and tried but each time I did, it was the same thing-circular wheel saying trying to connect. Guess if I waited till I turned 100 I might have some luck. I contacted the company and they denied my return-claimed I got it a month before I did. Then offered me a pittance which I also refused. Do not waste your money. I am now left with 4 pieces of trash taking up space in my home. What more can I do?

If I could give this a negative -5 rating I would. This is garbage and the ads are deceptive, stating that you can stream live tv, premium channels, ect....much like a Skystream Pro.......but NOT AT ALL LIKE IT!!!
When you attempt to return it, they want you to pay shipping and the agent I spoke to on the phone made it sound like getting the refund is "iffy"...meaning you have to use a certain carrier, keep the tracking number, then call once YOU have tracked their garbage back to them, then request a refund and hopefully you get a refund. I read other reviews and the same thing was attempted on me...giving a 10%, then 20% discount...of course I said absolutely not and that I expect a full refund as the product was deceivingly advertised on TV making it appear to be like a SkyStream. I am writing this as I just got off the phone with support so hopefully I end up getting my refund....will let you all know....

Follow-up:
I sent their equipment back (at my expense) and tracked the package until it stated "delivered" at which point I took a screenshot and attached it to the email I received from them with the instructions and I am happy to report that I got my refund.

Keep in mind, I acted immediately when I saw what the product was as soon as it had arrived by calling the company . . . read above.

This is nothing but a SCAM!!! I gave it a rating of 1 only because there isn't a 0. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Purchased 2 in September 2020 and received them a few weeks later but they do not work at all! It doesn't even allow us to set it up!!!! This was a huge waste of money!
And when I contacted them to return it, they gave me a run-around, offering me 20% off my purchase to avoid shipping costs for the return, but no address or instructions on how to return it. TVfix is making out like bandits, be forewarned!

I need an address to return the tvfix. It is not what I expected. I am not able to use it. So this is within the 30 day deadline to return.

Save your money. This is a scam. I can’t believe I fell for it. This device doesn’t support airplay without WiFi. It is useless and the advertising is TOTALLY MISLEADING.

I ordered mine at the start of September and only got it today 15th October 2020. Dumb founded as it says on the package that it was shipped from NSW in Australia and from where I live that should really only take maybe 2 weeks, so no idea what the hold up was!! Disappointed there. Also, all it does is let you stream from your devises straight onto your tv. Big deal. Most people could already do that.
When I saw the advertisement for this product I thought it would do something entirely different. Mine actually works which is great but if it was to break I would not waste my money again and buy another one. I don't think that I'll be using it that often now. Probably a waste of money so don't bother buying one because your not going to be impressed.

Placed an order for 2 of their products on July 2, 2020; contacted them August 18, 2020 when I had still not received order and was told my order was in the warehouse being processed and they were just awaiting a tracking number. It's now October 11, 2020 and I reported non-receipt of product to Paypal. Wish I saw these reviews first; I never would've even ordered in the first place!

This is a Scam there product does not work and they would pay for a return shipping. This company has a lot of incompetent people and this product is a scam
