TV BUDDY COMING OUT AS TVFIX

TV BUDDY got me for 3 devices I returned and they never refunded my money or returned my calls. I now see they came out again under the name of TV FIX. BEWARE. They are a SCAM and you will loose your money

Fraud ? Stole ?

Fraud ? Stole? How to catalog the procedure of this Company. I bought 3 TvFix on August 1. I received it on August 18 and I returned it on August 25. Almost a month has passed and there is no way I can get my money back. I have sent 3 emails and they have not deigned to answer me. I have read other "reviews" and there are many who go through similar situations, so I recommend that you do not make purchases from such thugs. I will not lose my money and I will go all the possible ways to claim what is mine

I purchased 3 tvfix & a ranger router. I was scammed

I purchased 3 tvfix & a ranger router. Neither one works total junk total waste of hard earned cash. Can't get any customer service on the phone I have spent 200 dollars for absolutely nothing they need to be sued & shut down. This product don't work just a piece of plastic with HDMI hole on it That I paid for I want my money back. Total scam.

This company is a fraud & they are thieves!

This company is a fraud they need to be sued! I purchased three of the TV fixed and it is not worth a half of a penny! It does not work it’s just money thrown away and this company is a scam!! Can’t get customer service on the line and you are not getting your money back because they are thieves!! Do not purchase this product!! 😡

Not even close

Complete fake! All it does (if you ever even get the device) is mirror your phone/laptop/tablet into the TV. That’s it! If you want to watch TV, you still have to download and PAY for apps! Much better off buying a roku Apple TV or others!

I received two units today

I received two units today. I followed directions to set up and waited for my iPhone to show the Smartcast network to connect to. Nothing! I spent decent money on something that is worse than a paperweight. Now, I have to try to put it back in the box and plead for a refund. Frustrated in Spring, TX.

Used PayPal but the Resolution centre cancelled my complaint. So stuck with them both that don’t work and unable to contact them

I ordered 3 units- EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I ordered 3 units. shortly after ordering, i received an email stating my order was pending and to please complete the order. I clicked through to the cart and completed the order...which resulted in a SECOND order being charged to me.
I tried to contact TVFIX via the phone #...extremely long wait times even though the stated wait time is 2 minutes. I then tried the chat feature...to which I received a reply of give us your email address and we will respond to you via email. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will be disputing the charges on both these orders as I wish now to cancel them both but can't reach anyone to convey this.

Ripped-Off by TvFix

I ordered this on 8/22/20 hadn't received an acknowledgement and they charged my amex card, didn't see the reviews till today, tried calling the contact phone number and it's disconnected/out of service. Today is 9/10/20, which I feel is sufficient time to get the item. I have disputed the charge with Amex and awaiting resolution. I had emailed them a day or two after ordering to inquire about my confirmation of order and haven't heard a word. This outfit is a ripoff for sure.

I bought the product one month ago

I bought the product one month ago. It only worked 2 weeks. Then no more works.
Everyday need to set up from beginning. And take at least 15 minutes to connect. Also either cast real bad or even can’t cast. ( I have Samsun tv and iPhoneX).
I really disappointed. Thx

TOTAL CRAP

I bought two of the TV fix devices, they are crap. I wish I had read the other reviews first. The device never connects to my home network, it’s a continuous loop of entering network names and passwords. I called customer service about getting a refund, they were accommodating, but we will see what happens.....

Good customer service!

I ordered 5 TV Fix devices ($169.41) with the warranty ($27.49) around 6:00 a.m. PST this morning and then called the U.S. #(855) 884-0385 to cancel about an hour later. I just let the phone ring rather than worrying about the phone prompt chat feature message and a customer service representative answered. I explained that I wanted to cancel both the order and the warranty coverage and I was courteously assisted. I was asked for some information and put on hold for a short spell and then was told that my order was refunded. I then hung up and checked a little later and found that my PayPal account sent a message that my account was issued a refund.

However, the refund for the warranty portion was not included. But my bad, I did not provide the order number to the representative for the warranty portion of the order. So I called the number again and spoke to a different representative and gave the warranty order number, was asked some clarification identification questions, my reason for cancelling, was put on hold, and then was told that an email confirmation was sent and I would be issued a refund. I was asked to check my emails while I was on the phone to confirm that I received it. After doing so I told the representative that I actually already received a confirmation from PayPal that the refund was sent to my account. And I had also received the email confirmation message as well.

Therefore, I had a five-star experience in calling the customer service line! I was quite surprised after reading the negative reviews. Perhaps it is because of the early hour that I was able to get such rapid response service. But I have given the four-star rating because the first customer service representative did not prompt me for my second order number for the warranty when I had told him that I wished to cancel both the order for the fix-it devices and for the warranty. But all-in-all the experiences with both representatives was cordial, pleasant and efficient.
