Excellent price and service. Only let down was missed delivery due to Parcel Force being probably the worst courier service possible. However, Tweeks were excellent resolving the problem, providing rapid updates and cannot be faulted.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your feedback.
We are sorry you received the incorrect item (labelling issue), however it was absolutely necessary to check the remaining stock to ensure the issue wasn’t repeated.
This did mean there was a delay while our Warehouse Manager investigated this, rather than issuing an immediate replacement that could have also been incorrect.
We were also experiencing some delays due to unexpected staff absence and the training of new team members during this spell, Our email auto-reply did advise of this. We understand this will have been frustrating, particularly as you were waiting for an update.
We also want to acknowledge that our Team are keen to help and assist with matters, and while we appreciate the situation was frustrating, it was a time issue not a process issue. We do ask that communication remains respectful so we can help as effectively as possible.
We confirm your refund including your carriage will be processed within a couple of days of receipt of the goods.
