TweetFull charged my card without my…

TweetFull charged my card without my consent and never actually refunded the money, despite repeatedly claiming they did.

I signed up for a trial and contacted support immediately after an unexpected charge. My refund request was initially denied with copy-paste policy responses. After escalating and threatening a chargeback, support told me the refund was “already processed” and pressured me to remove my Trustpilot review — which I did in good faith.

However, no refund ever appeared on my account. Later, I was charged again despite my dashboard showing no active subscription and a confirmed deactivation date. When I asked for proof, support gave contradictory answers: first saying no charge occurred, then saying it was an old charge, then saying they couldn’t locate any invoice at all.

To this day, I have not received a refund, only repeated assurances with no evidence. I had to dispute the charges with my bank because the company could not provide clear billing records or consistent explanations.

Unauthorized billing, false refund claims, and pressure to remove reviews are serious red flags. I do not trust this company and strongly recommend others be cautious.

They stole my money without authorization

They stole my money and I never authorized or signed up for the amount they stole. They took $900 without authorization and keep trying to offer me service instead of a refund. I am working to get my money back but obviously this place is a scam. I am taking steps now to get my money back.

Scam and fraud

Scam and fraud. I cancelled my trial 2 days before due date. They charged me and now refuse to refund. Telling me that the received only half of payment they charged me. I already disputed this transaction with my bank.

They reposted every shit on my account, in 2.5h hours i lost more than 400 followers!
Cancel the subscription is not really working, same as account removing! Worst service ever!

Avoid

Do not sign up to them. I did, and how they operated was pretty spammy. I cancelled within hours because of how it all worked.
After, I started receiving emails from "Sally" asking why I left and then continued to send me emails after I asked her to stop contacting me and to remove my email and details from their database.

It's been several days since I asked for the communication to stop and they haven't, and there is no "unsubscribe" button or link on the email to STOP it. I wish I had never signed up now.

They provided me with weekly reports and they have great customer service support.

I was facing the issue of having followers daily because I always have a tight schedule and not really easy for me to build my page. I know the more you follow the more you have new followers so that why was I got in touch with Tweetfull to help with followers while I could work my hands on other things. I purchased their bot and it worked amazingly and by everything they promised. They provided me with weekly reports and they have great customer service support.

I enjoyed my partnership with the company. They were quite great at what they do. Their communication went smoothly, and we had a weekly report in which we would have a virtual meeting to discuss how far their bot has produced results. They're efficient.

Tweetfull? For Me… Awful

Back in April 2024, I made the huge mistake of signing up for a free trial. I chose not to subscribe, but was billed anyway. With great difficulty, I managed to get a refund. Fast forward to the present. Tweetful began e-mailing me every day and then attempted to bill me AGAIN. Now, I get 2 e-mails/day… 1) asking me how I liked my free trial (which I did not sign up for) and 2) claiming I subscribed AGAIN (which I didn’t) and requesting I update my billing info, so they can bill me AGAIN.

My advice? Avoid Tweetful like the plague, or prepare to be bombarded by an endless barrage of e-mails, or worse.

Nov. 21 Update: I received the following message. We’ll see if this is the end of it.

‘Please to inform you that we have already removed your information from data base and your subscription was already removed.

Could you please remove the review from TrustPilot.’

Tweetfull customer support was impressive. I was not allowed to lack anything. They were always there to guide me through the automation procedure. They did not get fed up with my too many questions, so I was able to understand a lot of things about their product and took great benefits of their bot to build my Twitter account.
