lack of communication and returning customers don´t seem to have a value for this shop
after having ordered items for big €€€ years ago I renewed contact to the owner of the shop regarding an item that I wanted to buy. I was very polite and his communication was pretty embarrassing as he did not answer my mails and/or ebay-messages. I am sure we would have found a solutionn (it was all about price and he offered price offers as an option) but this lack of communication towards a returning customer who has ordered for big budget already is a no go in my book. It is a pity really and I have never experienced such shitty behaviour with other shops i have bought from in the past.

I answered his emails correctly several times but he kept emailing me with ridiculous offers. He came up with prizes that would have cost me money. When the item was sold and he kept sending offers, I did not respond again. He claims to have bought a lot from me in the past but can't find much about it. To me, every customer is equally valuable. Whether they spend 10 euros or 1000 euros. I try to treat everyone with respect. His offers for my products were disrespectful. So I didn't go into it further.
