Wat een zeldzaam onbeschoft bedrijf

Ik heb hier een Festina horloge gekocht wat al bij thuiskomst niet goed bleek te zijn omdat de wijzers veel te veel speling hadden.
Terug voor garantie dus,
na meer dan 3 maanden wachten terug (belachelijk) en er was NIETS AAN GEDAAN.
Weer terug, dit keer duurde het een half jaar schrik niet.
En je raadt het al, wederom niets aan gedaan.
Dus weer terug, nee nu was het geen garantie meer.

VERSCHRIKKELIJK wat een zeldzaam onbeschofte houding.
Wat een vreselijke droeftoeters.

Geen reparatie gedaan, wel betalen

In de winkel in Emmen mijn horloge laten 'repareren' terwijl ik even een boodschap kon doen. Na terugkomst werd mij verteld dat de batterij is vervangen, maar het horloge helemaal niet werkt.
Ik moest maar even zoeken naar mijn garantiebewijs zodat het horloge gerepareerd kan worden.

Behalve dat de achterkant van mijn horloge nu compleet verkrast is, ben ik bij een andere juwelier geweest en blijkt dat het wel de batterij was.

Ik ben dus niet alleen afgezet voor een reparatie die niet is gebeurd. Daarnaast is mijn horloge aan de achterkant niet om aan te zien.

Erg jammer van deze service en het onnodige betalen terwijl niks is gerepareerd.
