Had an amazing experience with VTwin! I came into the program with zero motorcycle experience, and by the end, we had learned all the essential skills—from pre-trip checks to real riding in town, highway, uturn, roundabouts etc.

Huge shoutout to the incredible instructors! Kevin went above and beyond to help those of us who needed a bit more guidance, and Dave was fantastic—both as a teacher and motivator. I truly couldn’t have done it without them.

Highly recommend this program to anyone looking to learn how to ride!

Born in America, had my doubts about Buell, parts and maintenance. Dung howdy!! Found Twin Motorcycles 30min drive from me. Only Buell maintenance and parts. If he doesn't have it, Martin and his collegues will make it happen!! Got a Buell!! So fun, so noisy, so cool to ride. 2003 XB9S Lightning. Keep up the good work!

From my experience a simply dreadful company.

Their website portrays an image that all parts are stocked when this is far from the case, and actually stated in their Terms and Conditions page. As a result, they'll have you waiting weeks for parts that other suppliers will dispatch immediately.

For someone making a purchase outside Holland (where they are based) be very careful. They do not recognised the distance selling "cooling off period" and instead refer to this as "restocking". So, if you place an order and cancel within 7 days (UK law) or 14 days (EU law) then tough and they will flag the order as restocking and as a result you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Yes, a 25% fee! A "restocking" fee for stock that they probably never had in their store to start with.

In my experience they hide behind the fact they are based in Holland and for buyers outside Holland, such as the UK, they exploit.

Thus - beware! My advice is to buy your spare parts for Buells direct from a Harley Davidson dealership instead. Such dealerships are typically bigger organisations and far more professional.
