I'am influencer and received some watches from twzine, i'am very impress and happy for strongness and hight quality of those watches very nice to wear.

I’d rate them a no stars. They don’t answer emails. They give you this line of becoming an ambassador. Yet when you purchase items, nothing is sent to you.

Literally amazing brand, I loved it so much and they send me the order very fast and the quality of the proudcts very high, good and the bags have very soft and great material, they also have good customer service and agents is the best.

this brand is really good , i'm so proud of being one of their ambassadors , they offered me 3 free items just will need to pay the shipping fees and after 2 weeks from placing my order , i received all of my items and ordered again from their website and recieved my bag that i ordered , it's really amazing i liked it so much ❤️

Same reason as to the girl who gave a 1star.actually I want to give this brand 0 like her lol.she’s right TWIZNE is a scammer brand so y’all better stop talking with that brand.I waited for more than 1month and still they’re not giving me a tracking number so I started thinking that this is wrong so I chat the official page they said talk to the number they gave to me.and that number is not responding so I report it.luckily I used a PayPal to pay it so I did file a dispute.and now PayPal will refund my money.

If I could give it no Star I would. The brand is an absolute scam. They asked me to be their ambassador and told me I would get 3 Free items and would only have to pay the shipping fees. First red flag. The fee was about 35$ Dollars, which is extremely high because I live in Europe and the brand is from UK. Second red flag.Then I was told my package would come in 2 weeks. When it didn’t come I contacted the brand and they told me I should call the customer support which didn’t answer. Third red flag. After threading to expose them( it had been about 3 and a half weeks) the official brand page contacted me through instagram and told me packages take between 20 and 30 days. When it didn’t come after another week, I wrote them and they told me to call the number again. Fourth red flag. I called and they told me it would come in about 20-30 days. After that time they ignored my text messages or told me to contact that number. I ordered 27 march, its 15 June and it still hasn’t come and they wont do anything. Anyone who has written any good remarks about it, is probably part of the brand. Stay far away from it, they are scammers. I have screenshots of every interaction with them If I could post them I would, but sadly I can’t figure out how to post them here
