I don't know what's wrong with my account. Suddenly, I can't upload the photos (it showed *unknown error occur during uploading), send or read the messages from my friends. No notification or information I received at all. Suddenly stopped all contacts. I wondered what happened. Many thanks!

Can't even make an account. Keep getting pop ups, that i have an account. When typing in email and pushing the 'forgotten password' button, it says i don't have an account, lol...

They say that I have a gift and immediately want my CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!
Reply to the reply: The gift is supposed to be something you get for free... Asking for a credit card number when I try to claim the gift is not free obviously.

even after reporting this activity numerous times these profiles are NEVER removed and the support is non existant instead they tell me to stop messaging them and block the upload screen dump on their messenger function.

AND NO THEY ARE NEVER SORRY and NEVER eliminate these people.

Ladies be aware - the most amazing stories you will hear to get hold of your money. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL Most of the profile are fakes.

When you block 2 persons like I did, then TWOO blocks you!!!! A good question is whether the moderators are involved in those SCAMS...

Be aware all of them ask for you to talk to them via WhatsApp or email address.

TWO to be aware of (if their names and photos are real}: Stanley Maxwell Stefano after contacting me for 3 months he made a long story regarding a contract for 1.500.000 US dollars and he would require some cash to pay the tax!!!!!!! As if women is really stupid enough to give them ONLY US$ 6000. The name on the profile is Stanley Maxwell. I reported him and blocked the account but he is still there...

The second one was Willso (if I recall correctly) then he told me that his name is William Markenau. Said German working in the USA. Actually, as I talked to him I know that his accent is South American... Took not very long to declare his love and had to travel to Turkey upon arrival the taxi he took was stopped and he was beating and had all his credit cards and money stolen. He did not have how to pay for the hotel and hospital bills he needed over US$7000. It was ridiculous he sent a photo in Hospital where he was smiling and looking rather cheerful with not any bruises or even a bit of blood for however was been beaten is already very difficult to believe.

The most amazing thing is that after these two I decided to write to another individual but I was clear if he was a scammer that it would be fruitless to send me a reply. Then my account was blocked by TWOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I complaint that their members were scammers and instead of investigating they blocked my account.

Then. I started receiving several 'non interested' replies from people that I have never talked to....or liked their profiles!!!!!!!! As if I had sent message to them!!!! Which makes me wonder what is going on at TWOO. It is very alarming because I have never did any like to any of those persons that have shown non-interest. Detail they are far too young for my age!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It appears TWOO would not like you to tell the truth to others...

Be careful, very careful, there is something extremely fishy going on at TWOO. I have accessed it just a few months ago but I see that there are tooo many problems I wished I had accessed Trustpilot before I had even considered TWOO.

I will report the site as scam in the Action Fraud in the UK the number is 0300 123 3040. Please everyone do the same if you are in the UK.

I blocked both individuals in my WhatsApp and my email address and I was blocked by TWOO to use their website again when they realized that I would not be quiet.

Dear customer service team,

I had previously tried Twoo's premium services, and had not found it suitable to my interests or expectations. I had created 2 accounts using following e-mail ID.

Since it was not useful to me, I decided to quit and didn't opt for the auto renewal option and switched off switched off the premium services.

I have even deleted my account on 17.11.2020. Despite doing so, I have been charged 29.99 Euros/- from my account on 18.11.2020. The money is being charged from both accounts withou even my permission.

I never authorized this transaction and same has been done without my consent. I am shocked to see this transaction, how can my card get used without my authorization.

Since I never wished to continue the services, request to to kindly cancel the charges levied and process the refund for it immediately.

Further I will be thankful if you can delete my account from your site to avoid any mishap in the future. I really want this to stop.

Awaiting your immediate action- please refund the transaction.

Scam, scam, scam of all kinds: sob stories and asking for money, girls who have brother who is a talented investor and he will teach you to invest, webcam girls who try to find new clients. Twoo is so messy! Hands down, it's the biggest time-waster I have ever dealt with. Don't waste your time on vain efforts to find a gem there. Perhaps it used to be a credible site a few years ago, but it's not the case any longer.

The person starts out okay. Gets to know you, then shares some sad stories. Then a few days later, the scam starts. One sent a supposedly package then when the package has arrived, you will be asked $1,000 to retrieve it. Another person offers an online investment for a minimum of $150. They will try and convince you it is legit. Be wary that they even use websites (with errors on it) which is one sure sign of being fraudulent.

I think Twoo lets the scam go on. They most probably earn from this scam if it is rampant in the app.

I find this app really interesting,but of late, I've been unable to receive and send out messages.

The majority of women's profiles are fake. They pretend to be from the same city/state you are from. If you ask what part of the city they are from? Most of them would say a general word like "southside". They do not know the details! Then, it goes to asking your Gmail id on the "Hangout" application, telephone, or credit information! %90 of them have lost or broken their phones! They cannot talk to you over the phone because either the cellphone is broken or their parents are with them! If any of these applies to your conversation, stop talking to them and report it to TWOO immediately.
TWOO: I wonder if you guys have any time/effort dedicated to detecting these fake profiles! They are many algorithms that have been proven successful in similar online-dating platforms! Take your business seriously!

AVOID: if you value your privacy. Will bombard you with emails and they have made it impossible to unsubscribe: one of those companies that abuse privacy regulations

I am having very bad time with twoo website. My whole two days are gone trying to fix my subscription. I am very upset. For all the trouble I had to go through because of all of this they should refund my money. I have clearly turned off auto renewal to subscription but their staff insists that it is not turned off on their end. I spent so much time calling and talking to the Apple staff and my credit card staff about this. According to me this company is not good for me at all. They have refused to refund me as they say it is not their policy. It was a big mistake to pay them.

App is full of fake profiles or scammers.
Do a search for preferred language of English. You get 100s of Eastern Europeans who don't know a word of English.
Then you search specifically for white people, you get scammers from Africa who are not white and claim they live in London. Yet have photos are from an African village.
Then you get the profiles with just one photo, no profile info and it clearly is just an old photo from 10 years ago pulled from a website.

What needs to happen is the app should force people to have a minimum of 2 photos and at least 100 words for a profile. If you don't do that then registration should not be accepted.
Also deactivate accounts that have not logged in for 30 days or more. That would deter your company and anyone else from making fake profiles. You say you get rid of fake profiles or don't use them but I am consistently reporting them. Also stop telling me it is a random strangers birthday who hasn't logged in for years.

I give it two stars only because I have at least spoken to a handful of real people but if you took away all the rubbish you would be left with about 100 woman from the UK who are real and 5000 men.
