I passed my full bike test here with Judith, Following that I owned two 600cc motorcycles which let me down. I went straight to TWC and found the ideal bike for the job. It was a quick, easy and smooth sale with good communication and a laugh. I rode away same day and 2 weeks on I am still happy.

If I was to recommend anywhere to buy a motorcycle in Nottinghamshire with good customer service. It would be TWC.

One of the most friendliest / superior service bike shops i have ever used and i have been using them for manhy many years. All my family members bikes come from Two Wheels Good as the level of customer care and overall quality of repairs vs price is beyond compare. I truly can not sing the praises of this store and their staff enough. 6 stars.

I was looking for a Harley fat boy and saw one at two wheel centre so made an unannounced trip to view. Id never been here before and it reminded me of many years ago when I worked at Devimead motorcycles in Tamworth where we lived and breathed bikes, not sales figures.
A good old fashioned family run bike shop, I was made welcome as soon as I walked in and offered a coffee, the bike I came to view was wheeled outside so I could listen to it and generally drool ....
Half an hour later we had a deal and I'd traded in my R1200GS. Faultless service but more important for me..not fake. I just wish this bike shop was on my doorstep, however, definitely worth the trip.
To summarise, I felt like a fellow biker, not just a customer.

Expensive, phone to see how much mot, oil and filter change would be but didnt tell me of the £60 a hour labour charge. £160 total bill for mot, oil and filter. Not be going back, list a cutomer. I mean when I book my car in a garage the labour is already in the price. Never again.

Advertised my daughters Burgman on Auto Trader, Pete (the boss at TwoWheelCentre) contacted me and agreed a provisional price, bike collected today very friendly staff easy transaction.
Bank transfer when bike viewed and condition confirmed.
I have noted the scooter is up for resale, sellers note the price you get and the price they resell at may differ, in my case I wanted to move the scooter on and was happy with the price, we got back what we paid for it 18 months prior.

Bought my suzuki GSX S1000 at xmas and due to Covid didnt get chance to ride and book my first service until May! My whole experience from purchase, delivery, booking and service was first rate. The staff were all enthusiastic and helpfull. The follow up call, from Andy, the day after the first service was a nice touch.

Superb experience throughout! Couldn’t be happier. The sales team worked out a great deal with me and the delivery guy (Peter) gave a superb walkthrough of my bike and paperwork etc. Cannot recommend enough. Brilliant

I received excellent service from Aimee with my bike boots. The first pair were too small and I needed to return them. Aimee dealt with this, advising what to do. Replacement pair are great. Only grumble is having to pay for postage to return original boots. The correct fit boots are 2 sizes above my shoe size! My first order was 1 size above so maybe some sizing advice on your website would be useful? Thanks. Regards Dave
