Tom was organised and professional and sorted our plumbing problem out very efficiently. Highly recommend.

After a sudden leak from my boiler, Tom came the same day and diagnosed the problem, bought the spare part required and came back and installed it. Problem solved. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and at a reasonable price.

Great service. Tom arrive arrived on time, quickly identified the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and to a high standard.

Tom was quickly able to offer a convenient time to complete the repair. He was on time, efficient and the bill was very reasonable and as per the estimate.

The pressure of my boiler was low, Tom suggested to replace the thermostat, since then the house is even warmer than before! Happy days!!

Tom got to my elderly mum's house very quickly and when he said he would, made her feel comfortable (she said he even took off his shoes!), fixed both issues really quickly and then tidied up after himself. Three plumbers were contacted regarding the job. One couldn't be bothered to undertake a site survey or provide a quote, the second did attend the site and provided a quote which was excessive, ambiguous, and required an upfront 50% deposit. TW Plumb did undertake a site survey, looked at the old unit in some detail and provided a quote which did not require a deposit. After a date was agreed, TW Plumb attended site on time, and did the job. The work area was managed well, with floor coverings laid. Unforeseen issues during the installation were addressed and dealt with within the quoted price, and the site was left in a clean and tidy state. Documentation was provided at the end of the process.

Brilliant plumber, turned up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything sorted quickly. Top-quality work and really trustworthy.

Tom went out of his way to complete the repair. Having almost completed the work, he discovered an issue, and returned a faulty purchase back to B&Q and found a replacement, then fitted that. This was his last job on a Friday night so not only did he need to deal with busy traffic, the repair also took up some of his weekend. Very impressed.

Tom recently resolved a washing machine leak in my own home, having helped me previously resolve a number of issues in properties I manage. He is very reliable, trustworthy, provides a timely response and really knows what he is doing. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Tom fitted a new kitchen tap for us. He responded quickly and got to us within a couple of days. Job was completed quickly with no fuss. Tom’s done quite a few plumbing jobs for us over the past few years and will continue to use him.
