Poor service at a high price

I called this business to get three plumbing repairs. The one plumber was here for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Their price per hour was quoted at $145. The bill came to $397, much more than I expected to pay, as the parts provided were two bolts, a washer and 2 inches of plumbing tape. The 3 repairs I needed were:
1. Toilet: Replace existing rusted out bolts with 2 new bolts in the water closet. Which they did.
2. Repair a leak in the bathroom sink. They added a washer.
3. Find what was causing a septic odor in the upstairs bathroom. And they fix the wrong thing that didn't have anything wrong with it. Which means the problem was not resolved and not fixed. But they did get
paid for what they didn't do, because it was a septic odor and it would take a day to find out if the odor was gone. It was not gone, instead it got worse.
Their repair was as follows:
He added 2 inches of plumbers tape to the existing quick vent, because he said that it was glued and the glue had dried out. So he added plumbers tape to the screwed area of the existing quick vent and screwed it back together. Two days later, the bathroom, the bedroom were incredibly stinky from septic odors. Because this repair did not fix the problem and the problem got worse and worse and worse! With septic odors seeping into the rest of the house. A day or two later, I noticed on the linoleum floor ( just below the toilet ) it was stained and discolored with water marks. It appears to me that the septic odors are coming from the base of the toilet and that perhaps the wax ring is broken and needing replacement. The plumber that was here didn't notice this, so he didn't choose the right thing to fix. And the nasty unhealthy septic odors remain and are getting worse.
It took them an hour and 15 minutes to do these jobs. The bill was $397.
($217.50 labor),$97 was for parts, $88 to drive 6-10 miles to the house. When I tried to have a discussion with the owner about the septic odor problem that was not fixed, he gave me a really bad time on the phone, yelling at me and being disagreeable. He wouldn't stop yelling long enough for me to say very much. He kept telling me he wanted to talk. And he yelled and yelled! The first he said he would come and replace the toilet wax ring free, but after a while of his yelling he decided he didn't want to do that, and said that he's not doing anything to remedy the problem.
The reason I'm giving them a bad review, is because I tried to reason with the owner about the fact that they didn't repair the septic odor problem, yet I paid for 1/2 hour of labor time for that repair and it didn'trepaired at all! And the disgrunted owner REFUSED to return any of the paid money for the half hour time that they were paid to repair the odor (which they did not do), REFUSED to come back and fix the problem by replacing the wax ring on the toilet, and do the work that he was paid for. All in all it was an unpleasant experience, and being overcharged with no offer for refund of overpayment.
