Purchased 4 tyres ,my local 2 garages couldn’t get them to fit and told me to send them back As they were damaged and not fit for purpose ,advised by Pneus that they would not accept them back unless I paid £20 per tyre for return carriage ,utter rip off merchants and no sense of customer service what so ever .So avoid like the plague and go to Black Circles instead!!!!

Do not buy from this company , just bought a set of alloy wheels which have just been delivered yesterday 17 June 2020 , one of the rims was damaged ,informed them straight away and was basically told I couldn’t prove it was already done so they wanted nothing else to do with .The advice I was given was it was up to me to take it up with THERE courier .Had to pay £80 for a rim to be refurbished that has not even had a tyre on it yet !!

I have used Pneus Tyres on multiple times but this is the first time I have noted long delays in receiving goods. All the tyres I ordered were showing as in stock however some were delivered within 5 day of ordering and I have just received notification of dispatch for my remaining tyres, 10 days after ordering. I feel this is slow processing of items that are in stock.

I ordered motorcycle tyres on this website 13 Days Later and still waiting unless you were planning on changing your tyres few months in advance stay well clear of this one definitely the worst I've ever come across definitely no consideration for the customer it should really be - 1
