Very good communication and delivery time. 2nd time I use this organisation and they've been spot on.

I ordered two Altenzo tyres on a Saturday morning, they were delivered to my door by Wednesday. I have used TyreTraders a few times now and each time I have been impressed. I will definately be coming back for my next set.

Ordering was easy and straight forward, booking in at the local garage was easy, price was cheapest I found for the tyre I wanted and the job was carried out quickly and the guys were very polite and helpful.

I had booked to have 2 new front tyres on my Qashqai and chose GoodYear as they got good reviews and had a good spec. All went well until I arrived at the fitting station only to be told that the tyres had not arrived. I left my car in case they arrived later and then contacted TyreTraders to find out what had happened. They contacted me within the hour and said they would find out what had happened and would get back to me a.s.a.p. Ten minutes later they phoned to say GoodYear had sent my tyres to the wrong fitter and couldn't get replacements to my location until the next day. I had already booked time off work for the job to be done and had to book time off again the following day. My local fitting station were excellent and actually changed the tyres in half an hour while I waited. 11 out of 10 to them! TyreTraders service was great, it's a pity I couldn't say the same for GoodYear.

I can't fault TT at all, and if I were dealing solely with them I'm sure they'd have 5 stars. My gripe, if you like, is with the garage I chose to fit them. Toward to end of the fitting I was informed that the tracking was out and needed adjusting because the steering wheel was off centre. This was news to me because the steering on my V70 had been spot on dead centre since the first day of owning the car. I said no thank you, collected my car, and drove away, and sure enough, the steering wheel was off centre. I can't say they were trying to pull a fast one, but I'm 50 years old, and I've been buying tyres since I was 17, and I've never ever had to have the tracking adjusted after replacing tyres.
TT are ace and the tyres fab, but the nominated garage in my area....suspect!

I have bought many tyres from tyretraders and have always received excellent service,value for money and super quick delivery.

Used tyre traders a few times every time is the same perfect. I have never had any issues with them this time tyres I wanted where not listed, used live chat to ask when they would be in stock. Cosmin the chap I spoke to said they are in stock and will upload to the site 10 mins later an email arrives and tyres are live brilliant service they even arrived on the day I requested them to. Thier service is that good that I pass thier website over to my own customers for better deals than I can do it would be nice though if they could look at delivery to a work place as we all spend more time in work than we do at home.
And that is the only thing I can actually pick on.

The website was easy to navigate with a massive choice of tyres to suit all budgets. Plenty of options for fitting at a local garage, delivered when promised, drove in all four tyres done in under 30 minutes. A no hassle service far cheaper than the local dealers.

Brilliant service, excellent value for money. Just choose make and size of tyre, order them and wait for them to come to you door so simple.
