Have purchased from Tyretraders about 6 times now for 3 cars - Alfa Spider, Aston Martin Vanquish and Range Rover.

Normally no problems and competitive pricing. On the latest occasion however, Tyretraders sent the tyres to the wrong fitting depot, but did not contact me or the depot in advance to advise of the problem, so I took time off to get fitted and only knew of the problem when the depot advised the tyres had not arrived when I got there.

I called TyreTraders who admitted their mistake. The depot said they had the right tyres in their own stock and could fit them if TT agreed to email confirmation they would supply replacements, which they did.

All resolved on the day, but the above process took c 3 hours, not the 30 mins to 1 hour I was expecting. Hopefully a 1-off glitch.

Price was spot on, delivery was quick and painless and the tyres are fantastic!

I bought 4 tyres recently and was delighted with the service as arrived within a couple of days. Also felt that they were great value for money compared to quotes I had recieved locally for tyres. Had them fitted locally for a small fee. If necessary, I will be a returning customer. Thanks

Excellent service I've used them several times. Why get a wing wong ditch finder at your local garage when you can get premium rubber at a budget price!

Ordered 4 tyres from tyre traders to find a few days later they had advertised them at the wrong price, offered v cheap (rubbish make tyres) at extra cost - no discount offered for being messed around, was expecting tyres on Tuesday morning, wasn't rang till late on Monday evening 5pm to be told the order had been cancelled - poor customer servive

Based on my experience as a first time customer....
Quick email response to my stock enquiry. ordered on line on the Thurs morning and delivered next day.. even got a call at 17:30 on in response to a mail asking confirmation when the items were dispatched.. (they had arrived late afternoon but someone else had received them so I wasn't aware of the delivery..) .Cant fault the service.. a lot of other suppliers really ought to take note... I try and provide my customers with the best possible service and try and use trusted suppliers for my business..

I have used tyretraders in the past on many occasions and will definitely use again in the future. I would highly recommend!!

Telephone service was excellent delivery of the tyres were as they said would not hesitate to use Tyretraders again.

most of the tyres are in stock but they do not notify you if they are not so you can wait a good few days for delivery . a live stock level like on the website like camskill have would be good, also the carriage charges have gone up a lot . used to use them all the time but cost have made me go elsewhere lately .

The tyres that were supplied by your Company were to my satisfaction, However the fitting was not......The tyre pressure on the near side rear and off side front tyres continually leak and I have to blow them up once a week I have returned to the fitter to complain and he has just blown uo the tyres

I ordered the incorrect tyre (car instead of trailer), when I ordered the correct tyre was charged £19.20 to return the incorrect one, this was more than half the price of the tyre and although I accept that it was my fault that does seem excessive to me.
After three weeks had to chase up the refund for the incorrect tyre, once I did this money was refunded within 48 hours, but I wonder how long it would have taken had I not chased it up.
Have used before and as long as you don’t make a mistake the processes was fine.

Very good experience. Tyre were delivered within the expected timescale and fitted at the local Tyre Fitters without any problem. Will use again.
