Shocking customer service

The customer service is absolutely appalling in fact it doesn't exist. After a month of ordering a machine it was clear they were unable to fulfil my order. I sent emails requesting a refund to which they didnt respond. When I rang them they said they would refund me but they didn't. It took another 2 weeks when having rung them they eventually refunded me. It took from 22nd September until 4 November. I would not recommend this company at all

Great service in store/warehouse

Great service in store, I was able to try out machines and get instructions on how to use and maintain them. Optioned for Jack one. JD gave me some additional foots for free when I bought the machine 👍. Can't wait for it to arrive (next day delivery available) 😊
